1920's prohibition vibe with great cocktails. We went to a really good club called Bassy across the street after.

This cocktail bar came recommended before we even arrived in Berlin as the best bar (near Meininger Hotel, Alexanderplatz,) and it did not disappoint! On a cold evening in February when dinner has been enjoyed but the night is still young, this bar was visited more than once. The bar has the appearance of a giant whiskey cabinet from the... More

This is my favorite bar in Berlin. I go there every time for the atmosphere, music and good drinks. I have never eaten there but would try something. I like both the upstairs and downstairs and its decoration and feel, and the last few times they had 1930, 40s music to 80s and everything in between. Plus, I love the... More

The inside of this bar is lovely, a cosy place to hang out. The cocktails were ok but not amazing. We had a daiquiri, old fashioned and whiskey sours.

I agree with some of the points in these reviews that the service could be a little better, and some of the mixes were a little off, however on the whole we loved this place! The service seemed to rely on which bar staff served you and to be fair that can be said of so many places. The drinks... More

First, the setting: all old furniture, comfortable chairs and cushy sofas, a place you want to love. Four stars! Then the service. Uninterested in anything than her smoke break with the bartender, she was a great help in suggesting a whiskey cocktail. "This one is disgusting and that one I don't like at all". She recommended the Old Fashioned. This... More

I was expecting more from a self called cocktail bar. The menu is poor having only the usual cocktails you can find in any restaurant or a beach bar in a touristic greek island. We tried 6 different ones to end up to white russia.... If they were just a bar it would have been ok....but cocktail bar you need... More

The place is ok but there are two things that can blow your mind: Service and music! I think they managed to create the perfect match. These are both so bad that make you wonder how they did it! We watched people leave after waiting a long time to get their drinks. The girl in the bar hates anyone outside... More

Great place, slightly over priced at about €8.50 for each cocktail but I suppose that is probably what is to be expected. They were nice and there was a good selection, not the best I've ever had, but the service was really good and the decor and atmosphere makes it worth a visit. It's got a 70s London vibe to... More

Yesterday we went out to have some drinks, we ended up in this cafe/restaurant. We loved it. The deco is great, like old berlin style. They have also tables at the basement. It was very cosy. Service was fast and nice. The music was really good. If you are in the Prenzlauer Berg region, looking for a nice bar to... More
