Definitely one of my favorite meals ever. Perfect in every way. Loved the restaurant, service, sommelier and most of all of course the food. The food was not only beautifully presented, but there was so much thought that went into it and every single bite was absolutely delicious. I also liked that the food was ever so slightly spicy, which... More

We had the pleasure to eat lunch in this restaurant (because of the price, which is affordable at noon) It was an exhilarating experience senses. Plates were like works of art. I can sum up the fascinating experience more as walking in an interesting museum - using all our senses - smell, sight, taste. Exceptional experience in a positive way.... More

We went for the 6 course unique menu and added the Peking duck (which actualy comprises three separate dishes) ! All courses have been great but to me the the loup de mere with nutbutter and truffles and the tatar from the beaf course have been absolute outstanding. Generally Tim Raue is even considering other two star Restaurants not the... More

Had business dinner at Tim Raue restaurant and we have been delighted! Nice location, good atmosphere, very professional service, excellent food and wines. We chose 5 courses menu including Peking duck "their style" with wines selection. Dinner wasn't cheap, but would say price was reasonble for what we got

So, this is perhaps the best single restaurant I have been to in my almost 20 years in Berlin. The food is simply great. Mr Raue (or team) execute interesting things unerringly well. He is neither dogmatic about not mixing cuisines, nor wild for wildness sake. He is an artist. I am very glad I went. This is, however, Berlin.... More

We Had Lunch at Tim Raues which is supposed to be a very good deal. We ate some wonderful food, wished for more, payed a lot of money, and left a bit disappointing - we have had better deals. Lets start with the good. The prawn in wasabi was a real triumph. Every (small) bite was a miracle. The rest... More

The decoration is a bit cool for my taste, the service was good but also 'too' efficient and lacked a little warmth. But the food, o men, I was blown away. Been in so many good places around the world and usually I don't favor too much eating at 2 star venues but this was more then outstanding. Wine list... More

We are in Berlin for my husband's birthday and I had booked this as a surprise! It is really fab, smart but not stuffy ambiance, very helpful smiling bilingual staff and most importantly a truly original menu and delicious dining experience. On a different level, one of the best and most expensive meals we have had!

It's not 2 Michelin starts. So please remove that frontier mind when you eat there. If you go there without the expectation of 2 Michelin started good perhaps you'll have a better experience. The food was good, but not great. I had the autumn menu which was better than the signature menu which my Husband had. The place was minimalist... More
