I have tried all of the best rated steak houses in town. This place is by far the best steak house in town from my point of service. Small cosy space with nice wine and very friendly service. Highly recommended.

Eating at the Filetstück was an amazing experience. The small Restaurant with view to the kitchen and an eye catcher: the glass fridge where the dry aged beef may be observed. The service was friendly but down to earth, which i really appreciated. As starter my friend and I shared a delicious carpaccio - a wonderful creative variation of it.... More

Steak is great, have already tried three types already. Comes a bit slow, but totally worth the wait. Get a glass of wine from their extensive list and chat away. Atmosphere is nice - small, clean and smells nicely of steak. Becomes an issue when there are more than three tables busy because then the cooking smell gets a bit... More

We have had a postcard from this restaurant for a year or so. I remained skeptical, however we decided to give it a go last week. I am incredibly glad we did. We shared an entree of charcuterie; salami, ham, proscuitto, and blood sausage. Great. I had the 400g Entrecôte from Pommersches Rind. Fantastic. My better half the 200g Irish... More

At first, because of the location, you would not think much of it but after you enter and realize all the little details and the of course the quality of the food, you will be impressed. Be prepaired to pay good money for very good food. A small menu, a small restaurant but great quality throughout. It is never the... More

There are no complaints at all: the beef is excellent, so are the wines, the Starters (Try the truffled Salami with parmesan) and the desert ! The waiters were very friendly. We Would Not want to sit outside on the noisy Street schönhauser Allee, the inside is typical Berlin!

My fiancé and I visited Filetstuck in January when we were first visiting Berlin. We were very impressed with the service, atmosphere, & food! The server spoke enough English to have a nice conversation with us and he was very friendly. Word to the wise though... One order of potatoes is enough for two people. We made the mistake of... bring with u an oxigen mask to breathe , if u eat inside u will have the sensation to be inside a barbecue . outside it's fine except for the traffic & the pollution. Steak is very good to be honest , even if too expensive service's slow.

This restaurant is lovely, it has a very modern feel inside and nice lighting. The menu was all in German but our lovely waitress explained everything for us and was really helpful in helping us make our choices. The steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly.
