Jjamppong - love forever.

I have noticed this restaurant because it was full of guests even between lunch and dinner. I tried just jjamppong soup. It is so good, that i never tried anything else.

Really nice food, the staff is very authentic and kind. I have to say though, that they seemed a little stressed out as it got full in the restaurant. Not they were unkind, but everything took a little longer. Still I think its worthit when you get such nice food! Slso, its really affordable!

Our order wasn't very rich in taste. Nothing was special at all about the food but the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their menu

We discovered this place last year so we wanted to check up, and this visit was even better than the last. I liked bibimbap with beef a lot, dumplings were OK. We liked their homemade lemonades. Will definitely go back again.

I never had Korean food before, so I am not able to make comparisons. I just can say that it was delicious and the staff was very nice. The location is good because the restaurant is not far from two public transportation stations (Weinmeisterstraße and Rosa-Luxemburg). I really advice to taste the citrus Korean tea, I had two of them... More

I have come here almost always when visiting Berlin, good quality, fresh and tasty food, can recommend this place easily, sometime you have to wait for a table. The only minus is that all the choice is based around the same tastes, so it gets a little monotonous after a while, you wouldnt want to eat it everyday, i am... More

This little Korean restaurant was a great find in Berlin. Delicious, authentic and reasonably priced food with attentive service. If you want to go for dinner over a weekend or after 7 pm, I would strongly suggest that you try to book as they were very busy.

Hands down our favourite place to eat on our whole trip. We came here on our first night because it was around the corner from where we were staying and returned on the last night because it was so good. The buloggi rice and glass noodle bowl was amazing such a good balance of flavors and a nice amount of... More

Staying in Mitte

Neighborhood Profile
The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighborhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
