The service was quick, nice, friendly, efficient and professional. Let there be no doubt about that. But, that being said: the food was not worth it. The soup was nice, but no cigare - the maincourse was not good. "Jagerschnitzel"? I can get better in a lot of places, whether in Berlin or elsewhere. The place is nice, a bit... More

We had lunch end of December. Food was very good but while paying with credit card, there was a "machine issue" and I was asked to type twice my pin. Surprised, I asked for confirmation but did it anyway. Coming back home : I paid two transactions, therefore twice the price of the lunch ! (~120€ for a lunch with... More

We booked this because of the ratings on Trip Advisor. It is what I would call a typical German restaurant and that is why we went there. The beer was good and for a starter I would recommend that you share a "Combination of all their starters with smoked Salmon" for €12.00. This will give you a good idea of... More

Had Sunday lunch here. Jägerschnitzel not bad, bratwurst ok, sauerkraut real good! Nice atmosphere, good service, free wifi, and just a hop and a skip off Kurfürstendamm.

friendly and helpful waiting staff. Very tasty and substantial helpings. Visited twice on 23 and 27 November. Tried the venison goulash and oven roasted goose with red and green cabbage - excellent. Nice authentic setting, certainly worth a few visits and would not hesitate to return if we visited berlin again.

I had ordered the Viator Berlin pass which we picked up from the Hard Rock Cafe, but with a bit of prior planning with help from TripAdvisor, made this a destination. It was easy to find as I had seen the frontage on a photograph and it was just a little way down the street on the opposite side. There... More

This intimate restaurant was across the road from our hotel in the Kurfurstadamm. We ordered Konigsberger Klopse - meat balls in an amazing sauce. The staff are very friendly and helpful. On our visit to Berlin, we tried to sample as much modern German or Berlin cuisine. The atmosphere is the restaurant is relxaed and homely. If you're in the... More

Only had drinks here, but a lovely, clean place with a nice atmosphere. Menu looked full, with some good traditional German dishes.

On the way back to our hotel we wanted a night cup. They had 6 different draft beers, but we always have the pilsner, and preferable the Berliner. It was late and my wife had a little hunger, but I told her that this time of night you would normally not have anything to eat. Anyhow,I asked the waitress if she had anything at all.Kitchen... More

This was my first meal in Berin and we searched Trip Advisor when we arrived in Berlin for an authentic german restaurant. We arrived at 6pm without a reservation to find they were fully booked for the whole night and following night (Friday & Saturday) however the friendly staff offered us the opportjnity to eat at the raised bar from...
