good burgers

second visit, still pleased by the food. The upper room could do with a make-over, a bit outdated and used. But teh food is very good: we had the onions and the delicious chicken wings as a starter. Followed by burgers with a lot of fries and a very good cole slaw. When looking for burgers in... read more

We climbed the stairs, and hungry for ribs asked if we could have a table, the time was about 5:30 pm. We were told we could have the table for an hour and 10 minutes due to reservations. We laughed and told the waiter that it was up to him if we were able to meet his deadline. As Americans,... More

The ribs were very nice and the fries were too, good sized portions. The staff were unwelcoming, unfriendly and never even bothered to smile once. I was shoved in the corner away from the rest of the resteraunt. I chose the cheapest main course and cheapest beer and it still came to over €20.

The food was very good as well as the service. We made a reservation in advance which was good since the restaurant seemed to be fully booked. If you are looking for a place with excellent ribs you have come to the right place. My oldest son had beef fillet and it was also very good.

Good for a quick lunch stop and all of Berlins typical dishes. Service was a little slow but not enough to complain about, currywurst as expected. Bit close to a busy road when sitting outside. Worth a visit.

We ate an excellent Baby ribs, fillet steak and hot chicken wings which were pretty hot and with a lot of sauce, (little bit too much sauce..) it's near by the Sony center. The dishes are really big, just like in an american diner

We came here without a reservation around 8 pm. We were told there was no table available and that we could come back in 1 hour. We wanted to think about it and when we went up again after 15 minutes we got a table (they thought we wanted a table for 3 in stead of 2 and did not... More

It's by far the best ribs in Berlin, we ordered the baby ribs, it was very good and the dish was big. Service was also very good, the order came out quite fast.

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
