very good service, a little bit expensive

the service was wonderful, but we paid 20-22 euro for a hamburger, which was good, but not THAT good. I asked for medium, and it was well-done. Just so you know - the restaurant is inside the hotel.

Typical good and efficient service, friendly though. Relatively small card but plenty of choice and not too heavy for lunch. Decoration is nice, tables almost like French setting = close to each other.

My friends and i had a good meal here. Quality was good and price ok (just). Very friendly service. Nothing spectacular. A nice place to sit and eat on a very hot evening.

On Wednessday and Thursday with live DJ Chill Out music, very nice. Friendly and open atmosphere for an after work drink.

During our last visit in Berlin, we had lunch there twice. Good atmosphere, nice setup, good (not great) food, service could definitely have been better - for example, our table was dirty & we had to ask for it to be cleaned or when the people from the table next to us left, nobody picked up their dirty plates for... Had a late night glass of wine and tea another day. Great selection of teas - nicely presented. Try the Ginseng Flight of Dragons tea - amazing! The waiter at night was so very helpful when he saw me reading my guide book. Went out of his way to point out the Festival of Lights and how best to see... More

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
