Description: The place to go for a good Schnitzel. The name of the restaurant says it all. There is a really good choice of Schnitzel. The restaurant also caters for vegetarians with a parmesan risotto Schnitzel. The good traditional Austrian fare goes down well with the general public. Start off your meal with a selection of starters offering all kinds of delicacies. The staff are great. So too are the rectangular lamps on the walls which are even used as candleholders. The wine selection is very good.

After one hell of a walk, we were late and the staff said we just made it ;) We're given a small welcome beer, which after the walk was enough for me to rate it high as this is how things are done where we live. We both had the Schnitzel with the Tapas as an appetizer. Drinks were great...... More

From the warm welcome with a free intro pilsner (a welcome beer, or was it wilkommen beer...whatever) to the German tapas of varying wursts to the star of the show, a schnitzel that was spanking hot, crisp, and massive accompanied by a potato/cucumber salad, this restaurant did not disappoint. The service was friendly and impeccable, and since it was freezing... More

Me booked a table via internet and god the table confirmed in few minutes. The restaurant was cozy, staff very friendly! On Monday there was special offer on schinzels, and these were so huge and good! Vegetarian meal was also amazing! Table reservation recommended.

Having done some research on the internet we booked this place for lunch on Christmas Day. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The decor is quite modern but there is a lot of natural wood and it has a warm atmosphere. The Christmas decorations on the table were an nice touch. The tapas starters are fun to... More

This was a very good restaurant. We didn't pay much, but we've certainly got a lot! It's only a pity that my boyfriend ordered the schnitzel and I ordered a cordon blue, and it was very different in size. His was really big (which is great!) but mine was half his size. But I can assure you, he had to... More

Reservations required for this authentic German food, beer and wine experience. The place appeared to be frequented by locals on the day we visited. Staff were friendly, attentive and spoke good English

When we arrived the restaurant was absolutely packed. We had to wait a few minutes for our table but received a complimentary drink. We thought that this must be good with this many people and certainly we were right. Forget about those nasty greasy schnitzels you have probably had before - the food we had was nothing like them. There... More

My partner really wanted to sample traditional schnitzel Berlin style so I did some Google-based research and discovered that Schnitzelei is currently the place to have this sort of food when in Berlin. So, we made a trek from Schoneberg to Charlottenburg to see what the fuss is all about. A word of caution – unless you are ok dining... More

This is a small, casual and slightly trendy restaurant, with nice ambiance. Food is mostly based on typical german food, but with modern interpretation, carefully chosen ingredients and greatly cooked. This is the best "german food" I ever ate. Prices are OK, especially considering the quality.
