How much can a kebab/döner actually differ. After visiting Mustafas Gemüse Kebab the answer is A LOT. The sales booth looks like something from a different century, but with a line stretcing 150 meter down the road and 1 hours of waiting time this must be special. GO THE. IT'S WORTH WAITING FOR.

Visiting our daughter, who lives in Berlin and she had heard lots of good opinions of Mustafa's. Took a while to find but we struck the time very lucky (about midnight) and only waited 20mins for a fabulous flavour kebab. Really good value, served with a smile and even managed to get a bottle of beer at the shop opposite.... More

We asked the receptionist at our hostel where we could eat some good kebab and he sent us to this place. When we arrived there we immediately knew why, there was a huge waiting line! We decided to wait in line and after an hour and 15 minutes(!) it was finally our turn. The kebab was good, especially the meat... More

We travelled far to the east side of Berlin to try this sandwich as we had read so many reviews on it. When we got there there was a long queue! How ever soon we got our turn and our sandwich. Both roll and open sandwich were great. The taste is unique and te salad inside is fresh. Would go... More

Don't get me wrong, Kebab is very good, probably top 5 I ever ate in my life, but you have to wait for 1hr to get it. Maybe you just get so hungry by that time that anything would taste amazing. Yes, it's different and fresh, but it is nothing so spectacular, like everyone else says. My opinion is that... More

I've understood this is somewhat of an institution, and I was not disappointed. Lovely food, and cheap! To escape the queues, come here on a Sunday morning :)

Stumbled upon this place by accident and loved it. Meat is an option here but the veg kebab is the star of the show. Lots of lovely touches, spicy sauce that is lip smackingly amazing - lots of fresh herbs - crumbled feta - all in toasted bread with the amazing veg filling. Superb! The pizza place opposite is very... More

My husband really wanted to try this place after our bike tour guide had recommended it. We waited in line for what seemed like forever (but was only about 75 minutes). I hadn't planned on getting anything but the long wait made me very hungry! I ordered the Dumar and my husband ordered the kebab. Both were amazing! Unfortunately there... More

Heard a lot of raves about this kebab. Indeed Mustafa's gemuse kebab did not disappoint. If you don't like to queue, go at odd hours like 3pm or 4pm. Otherwise, if you go at 8.30pm you might have to queue for at least 30 minutes. The kebabs (or wraps) are very reasonably priced as they are huge (half the size... More
