Long wait! Good price!

Very long wait but affordable price and tasty kebab makes worth the wait. However I would not wait to eat again, at least during the same trip. The price is only 3-5 euro deepening meat and burrito option. My wife argues that it was the best meal (in terms of taste) during our stay in Germany.

Although you'll have to wait quite a while, no matter when you go there, it is still one of the best quality and most delicious Kebabs in Berlin.

This is the best kebab I have ever eaten. I got two huge durums for eight euro. Could barely finish one and had to keep the second one for dinner. it was delicious even cold. lines were long and waited around 30 minutes for my turn.. I did not get feta cheese the first time I ordered so made sure... More

Staying with some Germans who recommended the Doner Kebab here. It was delicious and generous on the meat and fairly cheap.

Kebab @ Mustafa's is famous in Berlin and every time I've tried it, it was very good. Just be prepared to wait in a line for 20/30 mins. Good value for money and fresh ingredients.

The wait is at least 20 minutes and the kebabs, while better than most, are not so outstanding to merit going so far out of your way and dealing with the wait.

Stopped in on a recent trip to Berlin. A bit out of the way, but a nice walk to get there. I waited in line for maybe 20 minutes, which was fine, though if it had been a longer wait (lets say an hour) I might have been annoyed. This isn't your typical street kebab, they pack it with a... More

After all that hype I was left wondering how other reviewers could possibly mistake the chicken for anything else - unless the poor souls are used to English cooking. Think there was also quite a bit of MSG in the kebab. Having said that €5 gets one a massive doner plate piled with salad, chips and chicken which can easily... More

Staying in Kreuzberg

Neighborhood Profile
Kreuzberg
Berlin's revolutionary heart and immigrant roots can both be found in Kreuzberg, but this central neighborhood is beginning a new chapter. In the 1950s and 60s, Turkish guest workers settled around Kottbusser Tor, while in the 1980s and 90s, rambunctious squatters and artists gathered to live a carefree life here. An old hospital even became a hotspot of riots between squatters and police. Today you can still find the best kebabs in town and many underground clubs, but a lot has changed as well. The hospital has been transformed into an art center, and increasingly you will find new urban cafés, restaurants and designer shops. Rising housing prices and gentrification threaten the spirit of this area along the Spree River, but the neighborhood’s legacy is upheld by a very engaged community fighting to preserve its rebellious identity.
