Good food, friendly service, remember to make a reservation

At Taleh Thai they have all your favourites and also some surprices. Try the chicken in spicy banan leaves with plumsauce, very tasty. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the service is frinedly and polite. We have been there twice and had very good food both times.

Well we were recommend to this restaurant by a friend, although not near are hotel we decided to go after I read all the reviews. We were not disappointed, Avery unpretentious authentic Thai restaurant, so authentic, I think I have managed to persuade my husband to come to Thailand with me again. we really enjoyed the food, scrumptious, yummy and... Last year we (family with 2 teenager girls) learned in Thaliand to take the tappas approach (sharing of 4 different plates), allowing us to taste different meals: after a big pot of TOM YAM GUNG, we took the papaya salad (authentic and very spicy), a green curry with beef, a red curry with sea food (wow!) and the YAM PLA... The best dinner we had in Berlin. Fantastic Thai food. Worth every euro! Small restaurant and popular restaurant with just a few tables so I recommend booking a table.

Sitting in our son and daughter in law's flat , wondering where to eat, our friend found this gem on her phone.......and it was only a 5-10 min walk away. There were no tables available on our arrival, but we were asked if we wanted to try again in about 30 mins, which we did....and they found a table for... More

Went here following trip advisor search. Lovely little place, easy to get to on bus no.200 from Alexanderplatz. Great for vegetarians, whole page of options. Fresh, tasty and great value for money. Happy!

This place has been on my list for quite a while, but the location isn't super convenient to the part of town I live in. On Monday, we decided to give it a try because our favorite Thai Place (Golden Thai on Koloniestraße) is closed on Mondays. At first I was kind of put off because when I ordered Pad... More

Staying in Prenzlauer Berg

Neighborhood Profile
Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighborhood has undergone a greater change than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall, there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays, thousands turn the park next to remnants of the wall into a playground for street artists, musicians, and flea market shoppers. This attracts young urban families who enjoy the balance of big city life and small-town comfort. Meanwhile, trendy, young, upper-class visitors from all over the world are attracted to the local high-end shops, cafés, and sophisticated bars and restaurants. The merits of this transformation are a favorite topic of debate around the city, but it makes for some of the best people-watching Berlin has to offer.
