We found this place on tripadvisor and it was our favourite meal in Berlin - really interesting menu, with a range of Indian style pizzas, curries and some Mexican options. My friends all had the fish tacos (€10) - the portion was huge and came with a tasty salad - I had the quesadilla (€7) and it was very tasty.... More

We had Tasters Menu, Naan pizzas with avocado and artichoke. Very tasty! and large dish. An order for 3 would do for 4. Strongly recommended.

Small shop, but very interesting and delicious food, seemingly from many different locales. Wonderful spot to stop if you're walking around Prenzlauer Berg in Berlin. No problem accommodating 'gluten free'.

Imagine going to the beer and sausage country to eat Indian food. But when I read about the place in Wikitravel Berlin, I did want to try. Located near Rosenthaler, I must say I had some emotional moments. The place serves fusion food which is highly inspired by Indian cuisine. And why will it not be, the Chef apparently has... More

I had a great curry, the place was very busy and the pizzas, made with naan bread looked terrific. I was lucky there was a place waiting for me, but if it's full it's really worth waiting to enjoy great vegetarian food

I've come here before and was just as happy with choice, food and price. Veggie-fishtarian choices only. The food is not very spicy. A tiny place, often fully occupied, quite warm, and you may smell of food afterwards.. A small menu, short wait, and very good for my travel budget. Love the apple juice with wheat grass to go with... More

First of all - be prepared - its not a large place so you may not get a seat. You order food at the counter - the choice was so large that we chose a thali for two for twenty euro as it was the simplest thing to do. We asked whether it would be enough and got a wry... More

I was really excited coming here based on the good reviews this restaurant has, but wasn't impressed with the food nor the service. The food was okay - not bad but also not great. There weren't many vegan options and the food overall was a little too oily for my taste. If you're looking for super healthy food, this is... More

Great place, great flavour and packed with locals we saw it got full in 5 minutes so it's pretty much famous I guess. The soup of the day was delicious. The Naan pizza was great too. The price is very good also.

Staying in Mitte

Neighborhood Profile
Mitte
The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighborhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
