We moved to Berlin in 2009 and this was by far our favorite restaurant. Sadly it has changed. The charming service has become insincere and sometimes rude. The kitchen is slow. And the food mediocre. Mains arrive cold after a very long wait. A real shame. I can only assume the manager has changed. We will not be going back.

Dear kpck, thank you very much for your rating. We are sad to hear that you were not happy in the last time in our restaurant. Unfortunately you have not taken the opportunity to speak to our managers on duty about you dissatisfaction. They are always available and responsive as a contact for your interests. Sincerely yours Eiffel More

A varied menu with traditional German and some international dishes. Good food, decent portions and a good selection of wines also by the glass. Service was fine

The food is terrible. It looks like it was prepared by a child. We ordered the Eggs Benedict and a Bauernfrustuck. Eggs Benedict should be served on English Muffins with fresh poached eggs and sauce. This was served on two wedges of stale bread. The bacon was chewy, as if it had been out all morning and the sauce was... More

I've been craving Eggs Benedict, and I saw that Eiffel offered some on their menu. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was- crispy bacon, soft, poached eggs, thick, white toast, and creamy Hollandaise sauce. They were amazing. My husband got an Italian breakfast plate with Parma ham, buffalo mozzarella, pesto, bread, etc., which was also very good. Everything... More

The breakfast is amazing and not expensive compared to other places. I recommend the bagel with salmon and any kind of eggs. After peaking into the dinner menu I definitely have to try it! Unfortunately the service is always kind of slow - almost as if hungover from the night before. But mostly very friendly.

The staff here are lovely and the food was delicious. We went there for an anniversary meal: there was a lovely atmosphere with plenty of people without ever feeling crowded. The duck and venison were great, and the waitress recommended a really great German red to go with it. we would definitely go again

Upon viewing the marketing video of this restaurant, I had expected somewhat more than I actually saw. We were shown outside to the terrace but I hate eating outside, so requested an inside table. It's all just very dark and depressing inside and the walls are covered in scuff marks. The food was average after I received what I had... More

I went here on July 14th after reading the reviews on TA while staying in Berlin near there. I was a little disappointed they no longer had the duck on the menu and that night they only had one risotto left. My husband ordered the rump steak as recommended by the waitress and ate every bite. Overall, there are other... More

We keep coming back to this restaurant. The discovery of this place, like most good things in life, started by chance. I was looking for a good place with an eggs benedict dish and we rolled to one of Berlin's legendery Streets - the Ku'dam. If you choose to sit on the terrace the place is viewing the street which... We rarely eat at the same place twice while on vacation in Europe but we made an exception given the qaulity. The food was very well prepared and sophisticated. The atmosphere is modern but quit inviting. Nice for romantic couples. Excellent value for what you get.
