We happened upon Peking Ente while walking back to hour hotel on our first night in Berlin. After being disappointed time and again with the Chinese food in Germany we didn't know if we wanted to risk being disappointed once more. Oh! What delight was the wanton soup! And the pork friend rice! The spicy chicken with veggies was delightful!... More

We ordered two ducks. Food was OK, but we had better ducks in a lot of different restaurants around the globe. Main problem was the service. During our visit they seemed seriously understaffed, therefore very busy and inattentive. Instead of serving both ducks at the same time they served both with 20 minutes delay in-between. This lead to some confusion... More

Hi YoshiDus, thank you for taking the time to write your review. I am very sorry for your inconvenience. I talked to my staff and they told me that you are totally right. We had some issues that evening. One of our chefs got sick and stayed at home. Another thing was, that a group ordered ten Peking Ducks at... More

Very tasty Chinese food. We tried several starters and they were all fresh and nice. I can particularly recommend their shrimp springrolls and any of their dumplings; the Xiaolongbao with pork were delicious, but also the ones filled with Peking duck were good and a bit different to the usual dim sum you may usually find in Chinese restaurants. The... More

Really nice food - and a lot of it! We ordered their menu and it was super tasty and good. We payed 32 euros for food for two persons, and the beers were around 3 euros so really cheap. The staff was friendly and really quick. We would defintely come back another time! Go there! :-)

We had a informal business dinner at the Peking Ente and I was really surprised by the quality of the food and the attentive service. All the dishes were exceptional in quality and offered a high varienty of spices and flavours - they claim to cook glutamate-free. We ordered a number of dishes and put them all in the middle... This is an elegant and traditional Chinese restaurant in centre of the German capital. The kitchen is really good, waiters are polite. Easy to reserv on the internet. The Peking Duck is not to expensive :-)

If you are in Berlin and pretty tired of wursten and pork, try this restaurant. Their Chinese sets are absolutely great! By the way portions are very big. Crusty duck- fantastic! Peking duck -very good for Europe. The waiters are 100per cent Chinese not that polite, as european waiters, but if you are familiar with Chinese culture you will know... More

We took the family to Peking Ente i(Peking Duck) in Berlin. To have Peking Duck in Australia would probably cost around $75 - $90. A peking duck at Peking Ente in Berlin was only 34 Euros which is much cheaper. For a family of five, we were able to have two peking ducks and some entrees. The staff were very... More

Hi Joe, thank you very much for your kind review. It takes about 24h to prepare a Peking Duck. That's why you have to order it 24h in advance in many restaurants. Because a lot of people eat the Peking Duck at our restaurant, we prepare those every day. That's why you get a fresh Peking Duck immediately without having... More
