Authentic restaurant serving really good food and drink at good prices. Fresh and tasty food and excellent service. Went on a Sunday night and place was busy but service was very fast and staff recommended nice and spicy dish. German red wine was good.

Finding good Asian food in Europe is always hit and miss, and this is good enough. Not the menu I was expecting (ie it had itws own adaptations) but every city adapts to its own taste. The servings were large and the food was tasty, but not as spicy as I would get in SIngapore. The Tom Yam soup was... More

If you are after non westernised Thai food come here. We told the waitress before hand that we like spicy food, and it was as we asked (although not as spicy as the mouth burning som tam found in the far east - which is a good thing). I would compare this to addie's in the uk. One of the... More

Honestly, that place isn't all that at all. The pad Thai was bland and when we asked for two Americanos at the end we were told they could not do that so I guess they have no hot water?? And charging us 10 euros for two disgusting glasses of flat Pepsi?? Unheard of! This place is a rip off! Do... More

Best Thai food I have had in years at the right price (as long as you can get a table) or book. Attentive and friendly staff.

Staying in Mitte

Neighborhood Profile
Mitte
The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighborhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
