Had lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Nice ambience in the restaurant though mostly empty. The food was passable but when I go the bill was unpleasantly surprised at the cost. Unfortunately I had not registered the prices as I can't speak or read German and had just asked for a green curry. All up it was an OK lunch with... More

We decided to go here one night and we're serviced straight away. No issues with staff and the food was very good! Recommend the andaman cocktail as it's one of the best I've ever had! You get plenty of food worth the money, good service and it's easy to get to. If you like Asian cuisine and thai I highly... More

Very nice restaurant with friendly personal and really nice food. We ordered 5 different kind of dishes and all were great! I really liked the chicken in red chilisaus and peanuts.

Now first thing to mention is the food was good. Not the best Thai food I have had, but we were satisfied with our starter and meals. Everything was fine until we got the bill. When we arrived, I ordered a bottle of wine from the menu and asked for some still water. Halfway through the meal I noticed the... More

Last weekend with my Thai wife to try this restaurant. Badly welcomed. No Thai greetings from Thai youngsters. Normal they have to way. Show no interest, like robots. Also the interior design is cold, just one or two Thai photos on a white wall and metal lights. Cold. We know Thai food. The pad Malak Lao is only oister sauce... More

We came across this restaurant after the one we wanted to go to was closed. Very pleasantly surprised, food was excellent, staff friendly and atmosphere was warm. Best Thai food I've ever eaten.

Recommended to us by our hotel & we weren't disappointed! English menu, delicious food with not just your normal currys. Staff were very friendly & accommodating (especially after our severe lack of German or Thai) - even gave us a complimentary fruit juice with the bill.

Food was decent enough, sour note left when the waitress pushed for a large tip at the end of the meal. Always happy to leave one but don't like been pressured into doing so... Would have been a 4/5 had it not happened.

Staying in Mitte

Neighborhood Profile
Mitte
The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighborhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
