My wife loves Mexican food and loves this place. I'm not too keen myself. Feels rather inauthentic and I don't like the fact that they don't serve local wine or local beer - Only foreign wine and big beer. The food is alright and the drinks are good and the happy hour has very nice price for the cocktails. Never... More

In Wurzburg on business, my colleagues and I were recommended to this place. Now at the time we ate, the place was not particularly full as we were quite early, but several hours later, it was standing room only and not just for meals. The bar was full. Happy Hour appears to be most of the time and the Margeritas... More

This place was friendly, and had pretty good food considering how awful mexican food in Germany can be. If you are looking for authentic Mexican, don't bother, but if you're looking for a decent alternative to German food, it isn't a bad option. Unlike some other reviewers, we had very friendly and attentive service, and our food was warm and... More

Stopped for a Sunday lunch and although the starters were OK, the main courses were dreadful - and the service was appalling. The food was tasteless, and some items appeared to have been simply microwaved, not made on the premises: not good enough. As for the service, I think 20 minutes to fetch a drink from the bar - when... More

As a Mexican American I am always cautious about "Mexican" cuisine in Europe. However, I have to say my husband and I agreed this restaurant was pretty good. I liked their cheese enchiladas. My husband ordered chicken fajitas and thought they were delicious and poultry well seasoned. I also have to say I was impressed by their selection of tequilas.... More

Wurzburg is located in Franconia, a region renowned for its food and wine. Don’t eat at a Mexican restaurant that serves neither. The food at Enchilada is comparable to a microwave dinner and the salsa is more reminiscent of tomato sauce. If you must go to do it after you’ve eaten, their bar scene is descent.
