My husband claims the dark draft beer he ordered was the best he has ever had! We ordered the beef/salad entree and it was delicious. We shared it as we knew our dinners would be large. My husband ordered the Das Phalandt. I can't believe how much meat was on this plate: sausage, two servings of ham, a pork-chop, a... More

Good restaurant with a picturesque decor. The food was excellent (the best that we had in Füssen) and the waiter that served us was very helpful. The prices were a bit expensive when compared to the other restaurants that we visited, but were worth it. Recommend a visit to have a meal on a quite different environment.

Fussen is not short of restaurants, so it's not easy to choose. Madame Plusch describes itself as a nostalgia restaurant. So avoid sitting at the outdoor tables and head inside. Try and get a table upstairs where you'll find quirky, old-fashioned areas. The food is good : nice fish, excellent duck and the beef with fried onions and cheese noodles... More

I had the Spatzle, and also the Weisswurstsoppe. They're probably not a natural combination, but I wanted to try both. Our waiter was absolutely terrific. He spoke English with us and joked around. Since I was ordering the soup, he suggested a smaller portion of Spatzle unless I was really hungry. He also offered a 2nd spoon for my wife.... More

Just know that this is a superb restaurant. We can recommend the asparagus soup, the steak tartare, the duck breast, and the pfandl. Every dish was just fabulous. Service was professional and friendly. Quirks - They should not be using paper napkins in a place like this. Also quirky, they have most of the decorative Bric-a-brac chained or wired in... More

We were wandering around town after a full day of driving and stumbled upon this place while looking for a place to eat dinner. When we walked in there were a couple gentlemen playing instruments, people singing, and a really fun lively atmosphere. We chose to eat upstairs where it was a little more quiet, vowing to go back downstairs... More

We ordered Spaetzle with cheese and Bavarian specialities dish (with meat loaf, sauerkraut, white sausages, potato and others) and the food was really awesome. Definitely recommend the latter for people who wants to try a little of each Bavarian dish. We sat outside for dinner and it was really enjoyable with really comfortable breeze. The ambience was great in a... More

Friendly staff, great food (taste and size) and good beer. All you need =) Very central location (the entrance is a little bit small), confortable and the decoration is really interesting (seat on the upper floor and you know what I mean). It has a good english menu and the staff speak english, which is very helpful. Definitively a place... More
