Typical Bavarian dishes, nice setting (outside under umbrellas), reasonable prices, good local beer, good wait staff.

We really liked this restaurant. It's centrally located and there are a lot places to sit (they even have an outdoor terrace). Food was tasty, we took Bavarian dish for 2 with different meat and sausages and other typical meal. We thought that pork was a bit tough, but other meat was ok.

Friendly and efficient servce, tasty and good value food in typically generous Bavarian portions. Ate there twice and very satisfied both times; the food was freshly cooked and very enjoyable for both meat eaters and vegetarians. Outdoor seating very welcome in this year's hot weather.

Since I was in the hotel more or less across the street for more than a week, I went three times to this establishment for food. I gave them the benefit of doubt after a disappointing Wiener Schnitzel - it was late and the chef was tired, I was slightly disgusted by a cold platter that consisted of what tasted... More

The service was fast, friendly, and efficient and the traditional Bavarian dishes that we ordered were delicious.Try the Bavarian starter that has a taste of a number of meats and similar.

This is pretty authentic Bavarian dining experience in terms of food and drink -- which means very hearty food and substantial portion sizes. While I'm not sure I would ever order a cannonball size pork knuckle again, it was certainly a memorable and tasty experience.

More or less everything you would expect from a Swabian / Bavarian restaurant. A bit rustic, large tables with panelled walls, Lederhosen and Durndles good choice of food and beer, and lots of it. Open until late, and outdoor seating. Worth a look. Close to Augusta Hotel.

Nice environement and friendly staff. The food is good and the beer is plenty! This place serves typical Bavarian / German food with no flare but a lot of substance.
