just outside the castle wall, this place was quiet and served quick and tasty food. Good service. Enjoyed our visit.

After starting with black olives which were clearly from a tin we were pleasantly surpirsed with the pizzas which was tasty however the wine was a disappointment. We ordered a Montepulciano however we were told that this wine was no longer available and the substitue was undrinkable, definately not worth the 21 euros a bottle. Waiter was friendly though.

la Chitarra is a very nice Italian restaurant, the guys operating that professional and also the stuff friendly. Very nice Italian food and also a nice garden besides. If you come in Nurnberg you should pay a visit on this place. Fully recommended!

That's nice restaurant. Nice place to have dinner. People who work there are from Italy as a result you have italian hospitality. Sure that menu is adopted to local tastes, but still you can find a good things to taste. I advice to taste desert Pannacota, it's particular there!
