Good tapas, service and atmosphere. Causal dining, while others complained of poor service this was not our experience.Very pleasant experience.

The Tapas are fresh made. I love it. Service is friendly. The location is way up close to the burg in old town Nürnberg. Not for big group.

We went here with a large group during a trade show so I have to make that clear. This is a busy time for the city. That said, the place was just run very poorly. The wait staff took forever to get drinks, screwed up our order several times, forgot some dishes. I got my meal a full two hours... More

We took clients and spent a good amount of money for a meal that left all wanting. Wine list extended to 4 bottles, after a disappointing €20 bottle we paid €30 for a Campo Viejo Reserva that you can pay €9 for at a Supermarket. Food was average quality and below average in quantity. Avoid the gambas (10 mini prawns... More

Small but perfectly formed Tapas restaurant slightly off the main roads. We ate there several years ago and went back this year. It was just as good as we remembered. The place was buzzing - extremely busy, with a really good atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and attentive enough without being too invasive. A good choice of meat and... More

Had a great dinner after exploring multiple cities. We had taken our dog with us on our day trip and they had no issues with him coming in while we had dinner. The waitress brought him his own bowl of water and was very patient when he smelled her. The food was great and perfect tapas portions. And the atmosphere... More

I have posted on this restaurant before. I live in the U.K. and the first thing I do in Nuremberg is book a Table at Santos. Most TAPAS restaurant are restaurants that sell "Bits of this and bits of that". They are not true TAPAS restaurants. My Daughter Amanda was at Malaga University for a year and I loved the... More

You'd better make a reservation if you come around 8 pm or later. The food was very good. Great Sangria!!! Tapas were great. Nice place to chat, drink and eat with family or friends. Very close to the castle, in a nice and central place. We loved it.

Santos Tapas Restaurant is a highly recommended establishment. It is very swish and in a beautiful historic area of the city. It would best be discribed as modern yet cosy and atmospheric. The owner is the chef and the tapas are of a far higher standard that you wiould receive in a chain restaurant. Booking is essential i have always... More
