Good food bad service

The restaurant may be the best Italian in town with very tasty flavors and nice pizza. However the stuff have attitude and are rude. Also in the second room there is a big door they are coming in and some just left open and was really annoying as we were freezing!

An excellent pizza and pasta restaurant on a less attractive street of the city. Cozy, nicely-decorated interior for enjoying your lunch or dinner with good company in a comfortable environment. Beware, you will need a doggy bag as the pizzas are huge! This is one of the favorite places for our six-year old daughter. The staff was very helpful and... More

The restaurant is small, so during the peak hours, a reservation is recommended. Luckiliy we went there slightly later and got a table. The service seemed to be occupied with their own things, so everything took a while. After ordering a pizza, they brought a large round paper "table cloth" and we were wondering about it. But once the food... More

Highly overrated place. Yes; the pizza is good and definitely above the average pizza you get in the area. But the service is a far cry from Italian hospitality. Stressful, chaotic service in a cramped restaurant where staff doesn't help to make guests feel comfortable or welcome. Will go again, but only to take away a pizza.

Enjoyed a very nice evening at l'Osteria. Salad was perfect for sharing before digging into one very large thin crust pizza. The pizza can be cut in half, so each of you can have your favourite. Wine and beer are quite inexpensive. We sat in the covered patio to the side of the restaurant, which is a bit quieter, but... More

Good pizza is hard to come by and this is why when we are not traveling across Italy we go to L'Osteria. Reservations are suggested as this place is always packed. I have not met a pizza here I did not like but if you are not a big eater I would suggest you share a pizza because these pies... More

This pizzas here are tremendous! So delicious & so incredibly huge that we keep coming back. The cost of a pizza is more than fair between €7-€11. The service has always been very good and the waitresses/waiters seem genuinely happy to be serving and are always helpful. We can only comment on the pizzas - but there's no (for us)... More

A fine Italian restaurant with first-rate ingredients used to make really good food. It was packed out when we went, we had no booking, but they squeezed us in. The service was good, faultless even, and the soup exceptionally good. Then, at my colleague's suggestion we had the pizza. There is only one size -enormous - but it is made... More

I love it so much that we had our wedding lunch there. Sizes are huge, but in a nice way, lots of the stuff I like (ingredients) and some bread on it on a huge size for a competitive price, it is so good that I would invest in their future and open a franchise.

The food served was of good quality and the pricing was reasonable. Especially the pizza and the risotto were great, the pasta we took was ok but nothing special
