Good food bad srvice

Vapiano is an Italian cuisine resturant with German accent. I liked the food , Variety if Salads and Pastas, u can order pizza but I did not. Every Time I go I had the worst serving experience. Yes it's a peculiar set up as described in countless other TA reviews, but I actually enjoyed the experience. What better way to see that your food is freshly prepared than watching it be cooked? Delicious pasta and reasonably priced. We really enjoyed it.

Fresh food, with good taste made to order. Went here with about 15 of us, and the atmosphere was good. Lots of choice on the menu.

Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. I went to Vapiano based on the good reviews, but my pasta was seriously overcooked. By the time I paid, walked to the table, and started eating, my pasta was completely stuck together. I could barely eat it ... and actually, I didn't. Yuck. I was also a little confused by the operating model.... More

Love the concept and the food. You get a card upon entering, and It is used to tally up the Bill. The cooks and bar man will ask you to slide the card over a spot on the country, and the amount that you have brugt food for will go on the card, which you in the end hand to... More

Separate lines for all types of food (Pizza, Salad/Antipasta, Pasta, Drinks). Our experience at 6 PM on a Saturday night: Narrow restaurant with small open floor space crowded with people searching for tables, dodging wait staff clearing tables. Lines of customers unsure how to order and bitterly figuring out after waiting in line for 20 minutes to order an Antipasta... More

I go here every time I'm in Nuremberg. It's a pain when it gets busy because it's self serve and seating is limited, but during lunch it's nice. They make the food right in front of you, fresh simple ingredients, good pasta and pizzas and a great value.

Firstly they don't have gluten free pasta which I guess you can forgive. But having brought our own gluten free pasta in a sealed packet they still refused to cook this which is ridiculous. They're so busy so they don't care about going the extra mile for customers. Also, if there's more than two of you forget going there as... More

Note: Everything I am writing and wrote is my opinion, taste and experience only and could be different to others. First before we went there we look on the website, We wondered why there are no prices there. Selection is big and you could have many kinds of dishes. Sorry I didn't like the service way. You get tray and... More
