After several times visiting Munich, I finally got a reservation at this restaurant. I didn't get a table on my previous visits. All I can say it was so worth it. I came with a friend. We loved everything; the ambiance, the food (was excellent, by the way), and the service was superb. I raved about it to my husband,... More

We were actually looking for a different restaurant around the corner when we stumbled on this place. They're busy so it's best to make a reservation - we were lucky. It's an old house with lots of different rooms. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the food was very good. Menus in lots of languages.

Situated in a 400 years old or so building the place emanates heritage. The food menu is filled with local cuisine options that suits everybody. Their Copper Pot boiled beef is amazing. So is their linguine that is tossed in a full sized Parmesan cheese roll. The service is immaculate and responsive for family and children needs as well. The... More

The atmosphere is splendid and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The food is very good, especially the typical German specialties, although perhaps slightly more expensive than it is worth. However the experience in general is recommendable!

We dined here on our last night in munich and it did not disappoint. Duck and sucking pig, along with a good wine recommendation, left us really full and happy with the service.

This very upscale place delivers all the luxury touches except true class. I have eaten there several times and the food is usually quite good, if a bit heavy. However, I will never go again, as the management was rude when I tried to get additional cups of hot water to supplement my tea. Amazing; I spent upwards of $100... More

Pfistermühle is an authentic and upscale Bavarian restaurant. During our stay, the weather was great, so we had a chance to take one of the tables on the street. The food (consisted of lamb and duck breast) and the wine (Chianti at a reasonable price) were great as well as the kid's menu. The staff was also very friendly. If... More
