Guaranteed to have a fantastic meal and the prices are very reasonable. One of my favorite places to eat!
We had probably the best Italian food we've had in months. Pizza, Calamari Fritti, exellent appetizers, and great wine. Service is great, with the authentically Italian staff and owner. Truly delicious and a great restaurant for familiies too!
This restaurant was highly recommended to us. The food was tasty and the service attentive and friendly. The prices were reasonable considering the generous size of the portions. We did make reservations, although the restaurant wasn't too crowded when we arrived. After we paid our bill and left, we realized the waiter shorted us 1 Euro change. Not sure if... More
We arrived as a party of six without reservations. No problem. Were seated immediately and had nice service. The kids loved the pizza!
Visiting from Turkey, where there is not many Intl. dining options, we had mad cravings for a really good pizza....the one thing we can't replicate at home. We left here fat, happy and looking forward to coming back next time we are in Garmisch on holiday.
Visited this place on a ski trip. It was recommended to me and I wasn't disappointed. I had pizza during my first visit and fish on the second. The relaxed atmosphere, service and food / drink quality are superb. I highly recommend this place !
We go here everytime we're in Garmisch and the food never fails. The pizza is hands down the best and the pasta dishes are awesome. I love the tortellini Fiorentina. It gets packed so make a reservation if you can! The staff speaks English and the menu has an English translation. They also have a small parking lot.
We actually liked La Baita and went twice for dinner during our stay in GaPa. Everyone is friendly upon entering the restaurant and Italian is the predominant language; however, everyone speaks English and German. There is a wonderful selection of wines and beers, along with various pizzas and pasta dishes. My friend loved the shrimp cocktail, which is like nothing... More
We came here after a 3 hour drive kind of looking for some good Italian food...The pizza was good and the Tortelinni's al forno were good but my pasta a la carbonara tasted too much like cream and basically no flavor like a carbonara should of taste...other than thats nice enviroment
Great service, the pizza was huge, the biggest we've ever had! The salads were huge too. Lovely interior, had a nice ambience, it was very busy, although we had not booked they managed to squeeze us in, told us a 40 min wait, so we went for a drink and came back 40 mins later and our table was ready....
