Fantastic!

Small, high quality restaurant. Very good vine list. Excellent sea food. The staff was unusually friendly.

We had a very good dinner at Dobler's, but something was missing, a sparkle of magic. Except the dessert, that was really fabulous. The ingredients were of very good quality. The vegetarian menu lacked inspiration. The winelist was excellent.

I had heard mixed reviews from friends, so my expectations were not that high. We chose the seasonal menu with 5 courses, plus there were 3 greetings from the kitchen. The Amouse bouches were very nice but nothing spectacular. The menu itself was excuisit, especially the monkfish and venison. We also had 4 different wines with the courses, which fitted... More

While in Mannheim for business my wife and I had the opportunity to eat at Doblers a couple times. We had the set menu (5 plates) and it was more than dinner - it was an wonderful experience. The food was outstanding and the service was great. The servers are friendly and engaging, and with each plate they offered an... More

We ordered the 5 course dinner menu and enjoyed a delightful culinary evening. It started with a melt-in-the-mouth spoon of caramelized foie gras, followed by a trio of mini greetings: stingray on a bed of avocado, mouse of deer meet n a slice of quiche. The first course in the menu was a duet of tender tasty prawn with thinly... More

Mannheim has no shortage of good restaurants, and Doblers is certainly one of the best. The dining room is comfortable and bright, and the service is very good. The winelist (unlike a lot of the other high-end restaurants in Mannheim) features a lot of local wines, from the big names you'd expect but also some less well-known wineries. There is... More

One of Mannheim’s Michelin starred restaurants. This is an informal relaxed place no stuffy airs and graces we were made to feel welcome. They have set menus which are good value. Enjoyed the food here it was well cooked and presented. €€€

chef earned some award for his cooking, one the pricy side. Go for lunch, which is more afordable. Small portions, very good food selection (ex. lobster). May not work for a romantic dinner as the kitchen is somehow open and there is a lot of noise from the counter from clean up/preparing dishes.

Extremely nice, well trained and knowledgeable service staff. Decoration polarising. I loved it, my Partner hated it. Minimalistic but sleek. Wine menu beautiful, great choice of local wines. Food menu comes down to not the biggest choice but I´m 100% sure you will find something. Lobster Salad for starter: Best I´ve ever had!!! Cod and Potato for main, as well... More
