Best (not just mountain) restaurant in Espace Killy

Easily the best food we had in Val D. Went twice, once inside when weather wasnt so good, and again outside when it was sunny. On both occasions the food was excellent (Lobster Raviolli was amazing). Not cheap, but what do you expect half way up a mountain! Make sure you book for lunch on a... read more

We hadn't booked but as we were early they accommodated our party of 8. The staff were great , really friendly and helpful. Service quick and the food good. I highly recommend a stop here when you are skiing on the Solaise side of the mountain but it's best to book

We had a delicious lunch on the terrace outside, can't fault it! Interesting menu paired with a great view. If you eat out anywhere, make sure it's here! Highly recommend, although make sure you book because it gets full very fast!

We had an excellent steak lunch the other day there, looking down the sunny alpine valley. The dining room is split into two and can be reached via a nice ski run down to Fornet. The menu is quite extensive, the resto was busy and buzzy with excellent service. I would go there again anytime!

Pleasant ambience. A great place for a lunchtime stop on the ski slopes. It is a bit out of the way from the main ski area but it still gets busy, so arrive early if you have not reserved a table. Good menu. Nice food. The lobster ravioli was delicious. The steak looked good. The local house red wine was... More

Some visitors to Val d'sere dont bother about going way over left to Le Fornet. They have made a mistake. Skiing at Le Fornet is world class, as is Edelweiss restaurant. Put in a big morning skiing. Then spend lots of euros on a late lunch at Edelweiss. Sit outside and watch the parapunte fliers circle overhead as you drink... More

Wonderful lunch and wine with ski instructor and friends. To get there it is necessary to ski down the most horrendous slope rated blue. So under classified. However service and food once there were spectacular so if you are comfortable skiing reds then try and visit here. Best to book. Set lunch Euro 23.50 for entree and plat du jour... More

Great, really beautiful ski lodge restaurant that now has a new sun room area. Super food and service, fabulous wine list. Expensive for lunch but worth it.

Great restaurant at the Le Fornet end of Val d'Isere which served good quality food that I didn't mind paying the ridiculous Val prices for !! Sunny until about 1.30 at January time of year so you could sit outside or alternatively a great roaring log burning fire inside.
