Ski country dinner

Try the steak ! Warm and friendly with exceptional service. The raclette was outstanding and desserts were pretty good.

Went with a group of friends and kids. Total 11 guests that were all very pleased with the dinner. We had a three course menu with Raclette and Fondue beef among the main courses. Vine was included in the price which was only 39 EUR per person. The Raclette and Beef Fondue were excellent. The ambiance in the place is... More

Went here with 2 friend this week and was impressed. I would advise you book as it get busy. Got the bus from central Val D'isere and it's about 10 mins away. The staff are welcoming and friendly and it's a warm and cosy restaurant which is excellent value for money. We all opted for the set menu of 39... More

This is another cozy cute restaurant in Val with typical Savoyard menu options. We went there specifically for the "braserade" - a mini charcoal bbq brought to your table with raw meat to grill - along with gratin, mini salad and sauces. The idea is great; however, the meat they serve to be grilled is very thin medium quality meat... More

We ate here for several lunches while on a skiing holiday. The food was lovely and reasonably priced. Friends of ours had the braserade which looked fun but we liked the sausages and polenta on the lunch special and the burgers!

About 30 minutes walk from Val d'Isère center. Friendly personnel. The Esgargots were perfect. The filet comes with a small individual fireplace, the quality of the meat is superb. This is a place for a casual evening in a warm and down to the earth atmosphere.

The place is kind of far from the center of Val D'isere, because it is at Fornet. But is is really Worth it. Very kind people, great food, wines from the region, the Raclette was fantastic and very welcoming service at a good price.

This is the place to experience an authenic alpine dinner... it's not michelin star dining but it is good Savoie food. We have been coming here for 20 years. The son now runs the place and is keeping up the tradition. Enjoy.

On the chalet staff's night off ,we had a very enjoyable meal at L'Arolay. It had a good value set menu which included wine and you had a lot of choice. We can highly recommend the Braserade..it was like a mini barbeque and the beef was delicious as were the sauces.
