A love hotel and restauant. The decoration is stunning, warm and tasteful. The bar has an extensive choice of cocktails and tapas bites for when enjoying a drink. the restaurant has a small but well composed menu offering an excellent choice of fine disning dishes, however no specialities from the region. A wonderful fine dining experience with impeccable service with... More

We went to Le Bistrot during our hiking week in Megeve. The service was nice - although initially they only brought extremely pricey drinks list with champagnes etc and we had to ask for a simple wine list. The prices are quite high, but the location and the views are good. The service was good, too. We ordered terrine and... More

Its a good place to eat centrally in Megeve. The interior and the ambience is a bit funky, and the food is slightly above average for Megeve. Well worth a try! Service is average, and could be better!

A lovely restaurant with friendly staff who were very accommodating. We hadn't booked but despite being busy they kindly squeezed us in. The Burger was delicious! The complimentary shot " drink of queens" was also a great surprise. Megeve as a rule is expensive to eat out but our 2 course meal with drink was €89 .. Which is not... More

This is worth a visit. The menu is good and the food of a very high standard. The waiter spoke good English and there menu was in both French and English. The highlight was the chocolate desert which was simply enormous. Prices were fairly average but worth it.

We went here for lunch on Xmas day and it was packed. The decor is awesome with many vintage cow bells and fur throws (Megeve is huge on fur: not a fan myself). The service was a little slow, but they were packed. The food was pretty good and we had the fondue Savoyard, which is almost the staple food.... More

It was a quiet Sunday night. The service was super attentive and prompt. The food delicious, fresh, well-priced and presented beautifully. Great vibe too. A big win. Most worth it when staying in Megeve. Very reasonable bistro prices, particularly for this town!

We went with the idea to try the cheese fondue, and this is what we ordered. The drinks came after several reminders, and the fondue was a big disappointment. Not properly melted, and served with the bread from yesterday. The waiters were just unattentative; our table neighbours seemed to have the same sad experience with their steaks and left obviously... We used the returant on two occasions while we stayed in Megeve. The menu has a good choice with some regional Haute savoie cuisine. The price for the meal for two was generally 50-60 euros. this included drinks and two courses. The service was very friendly and attentive while also being efficent. I would reccomend to anyone visiting Megeve

Fondues seem to be a speciality at this restaurant which is not really our thing but if you are lovers of cheese this will be to die for. Otherwise the menu does still offer a good choice and is very tasty. Rice pudding is especially delicious for those with a sweet tooth. Realistically the tables are pretty squashed in with... More
