Lonely Planet had mentioned this restaurant as a gourmet experience, but we just happened upon it was we were exploring Vieux Lyon - very traditional exterior, the tables arranged in two rows down either side of the room. If you want to eat what locals eat in atmosphere of Old Lyon, look no further than Les Adrets. The food is simple, and does not try to impress, but never fails to surprise and always delivers. Everything on the menu tastes good. Over years we've tried most of the dishes and always enjoyed them. This is family restaurant, and... More

We were first in at 8.00 pm on a Griday, but by the time we had finished two hours later it was standing room only. There are a choice of menus, we had the mid priced €35 which seemed to have a good balance. We were not disappointed - the whole meal was first rate, no complaints at all, and... More

They could charge twice the price and I'd still be impressed with the incredible lunch we had. Get there early or reserve since it was busy, even at lunch, mostly with locals. For starters, the Pate and seafood salad were fabulous. For the main corse, the fish was cooked perfectly and presented w/special sides. Really memorable in a trip where... More

A great little spot for a simple lyonnaise meal. So many choices it was hard to choose. Would definitely go back again but I know ow that would be difficult as it was pretty packed the one night I was there.

Their lunch special is unbelievable! 18 euros get you a starter, entree, dessert, wine and coffee. We were halfway through our first meal when we made reservations for the next day.

Wow- would like to reinforce the previous reviews, for a 17.50 euro lunch, which includes 3 plates, plus wine and coffee, the food was fantastic. At twice the price I would have been happy, it was inventive with many parts to the main courses and desserts. The restaurant was almost full, but we scored a table without reservation. Noting some... More

The small restaurant is very charming and located in the old city. The dinner was delicious, food quality is super - very light and tasty and the menu had very good options. The waitress was fantastic and very corteous. Make sure you book even during the week - it was busy even been on Tuesday!

The restaurant was recommended to us by the lady in whose house we stayed. And it was an excellent recommendation. A three course meal plus amuse bouche plus raspberry sorbet (with herbs and bell pepper! ) between first and main course for 35€ is comparatively inexpensive, especially given the quality of the food served.

We had the prix-fixe lunch, and it was terrific value; three beautifully served courses of classic french food. If the service was a little slow, who can complain in such nice surroundings, and it's probably how they keep the price so low. Lovely lunch!
