DELICIOSO! Sublime!

Service was excellent and friendly, food was top quality, well deserving of michelin star, the wine was perfect and they did not try to have us buy the most expensive on the contrary the wine waiter offered us some lovely choices in evry price range, the deserts are literally the best anywhere, and... read more

I am so tired of eating in fine French restaurants. Being a vegan, I have had more white rice and steamed vegetables than you can imagine. Until tonight that is. Guy Lassausaie is a master chef and he treats vegans with respect. The food I received was magnificent, delicate and tasty. Every single French chef, including Bocuse - who fed... More

Great French restaurant in the countryside of Lyon. Very good cooking and presentation. Enjoy my time this summer. Highly recommended.

We went here for a birthday meal on a Friday lunchtime. The service was terrific but for a Michelin starred restaurant, surprisingly, not one dish wowed us apart from a passion-fruit sorbet with one of the desserts. We'd really been looking forward to this. as all the other Michelin-starred meals we've eaten in France and London really stand out, but here... More

Guy Lassausaie It may be more than two decades since Guy Lassausaie was awarded Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 1993, but he has certainly not rested on his laurels. Our group of 7 had the privilege to have lunch in his eponymous restaurant in Chasselay yesterday and what an occasion it was. The setting was elegant, the staff charming, the... More

High quality dinner in a quiet room. One of the best table in the Lyon area. Everything is perfect from the starters to the desserts.

My wife and I dined here twice recently, this first time taking the 65euro menu and the second eating a-la-carte. For this class of restaurant and standard of cooking we found it incredibly good value. There are few 1* restaurants which have starters and main courses pretty much all below 35 euro. Everything we ate was superb, particular highlights were... More

Really good food off-the-beaten track, but absolutely worth a detour if you are in the area. We came her with friends for our anniversary. We had a fantastic evening in a warm atmosphere. The service was attentive, the sommelier gave us valuable advice and was very pleasant. The food was delicious. The tables are well spaced in a couple of... More

It was quite a distance from town but it was certainly worth the effort. Truly two star Michelin. We got greeting even before we pushed the door. Probably they saw us from the private parking lot. All setting was just right . The dining room was a well lit and quite private. The waiter is very knowledgeable and friendly. It... More

When planning our ten-day trip to Lyon, our first choice for the best dinner was Paul Bocuse’s Auberge du Pont de Collonges. Then, reading reviews on and off TripAdvisor, we felt that I might be overpriced and overrated, and opted for Guy Lassausaie instead. We have no way of knowing it we would have liked Bocuse more, but we did... More
