A wonderful dining experience

When planning our ten-day trip to Lyon, our first choice for the best dinner was Paul Bocuse’s Auberge du Pont de Collonges. The service was very good. The food was amazing, well cooked and we could see all the attention to the details the chef put on it. Different flavours and textures. Worth the experience!

Living in the area, I've been to the restaurant a couple of times now and it's definitely due a review. I was with my family for the most recent visit and we weren't disappointed - the whole experience is truly worthy of a 2 Michelin star experience. The staff is friendly - I think they have quite a few apprentice... More

The menus this march had a span from 80-100 € they were classic and not to fancy. We tried two of four. I would have preferred the fish a little more cooked and with salt, to little taste in the sea bass to my taste. Everything was presented nice and by the book. The waiters seamed to be a little... We recently ate here with friends from the Lyon area, they were more disappointed than we were. The restaurant, some distance from from Lyon, is quite attractive - a little modern as opposed to traditional - and is well staffed. We were seated at an oversized - for four - table that made conversation challenging. While the service started off... More

restaurant Guy Lassausaie is owned and run by Mr. & Mrs Lassausaie , to the very highest culinary standards, which you might expect from a 2 star Michelin establishment. Having said that this restaurant goes beyond what you expect. The food is innovative, the service is exemplary and the interior is elegant contemporary. The kitchen is run by Mr. Lassausaie... More

This is a really great restaurant not too far from Lyon. You will step into a different world of service, presentation, and gastronomic talent. The front end is staffed by the chef's wife. This is old school in every way. Formal yet welcoming. The French treasure the quiet time and conversation of meals, so the atmosphere is toned down. Service... More

About 20-25 mins out of town; a very large restaurant; nice ambience; superb service as you would expect. We had the tasting menu: everything was beautifully cooked and presented and most dishes were outstanding and deserving of the two stars. Difficult to fault and not necessary! It's a restaurant to visit for a special occasion preferably on a day when... More

Best 2 star Michelin I've been to. Excellent food and service, a delicious mix of flavour that won't leave you indifferent. The menus are very well balanced, if you try the degustation one, don't rush eating bred and butter at the begining, leave space to be able to taste all the rest. Just enjoy !

Very nice place, great service, and amazing food. A little expensive in my humble opinion but definitely worth a try.
