More expensive than expected. Less tasty than imagined. We ate in other 'bouchons' with much more satisfaction. This place is really nice for the setting, service and presentation, but a bit too much over rated. Fois gras too salty. Duch tasty but not soft as duck can be. Good dessert. But, overall, overpriced.

Wonderful classic regional cuisine (heavy but full of flavor) in quaint vieux Lyons. Quite reasonably priced given the quality. Plus the portions are huge, so you can easily split one 3 or 4 course meal. Mmmmmm...just writing the review makes my mouth water.

We were looking for a special place for lunch in the Old Town, and this fitted the bill perfectly. There were a limited number of tables outside, where we could observe the general vitality of the little square. Quenelles is a must when you come to Lyon and these were not a disappointment. My wife had sea bream which was... More

There are a whole bunch of bouchon in vieux Lyon, and many are not worth your time and money. Aux Trois Maries is definitely an exception. The service is excellent, the prices reasonable, and food is divine. I had the quenelle artisane and my wife had the onglet steak. Both were outsanding, and the entire bill, with wine, came to... This was a pleasant restaurant with good food. The service was top class and the outdoor seating excellent. The food was fine but did not excel; it was good and tasty but nothing special. Wine prices were a little on the high side. It does open on a Sunday and the surroundings are great.

This restaurant was especially disappointing as it came recommended by a local gentleman as a place where your could enjoy authentic traditional Lyonnaise cuisine in the normally touristic and very expensive Vieux Lyon. I opted for the Lyon specialty of andouillete (pork tripe sausage) with potatoes dauphinois. That was a first for me so it's difficult to compare it with... More

We stopped in for a light lunch and were pleased with the service and food. It is basic and solid Lyonnaise food. The onion soup was excellent. The fish quenelle was light and flaky but somewhat bland. The sauce helped. The local white wine complemented the meal at a reasonable price.

Food, wine, price and service great! Of all the "bouchons" around one of the nicest and cosiest. A place to come back.

Stumbled there by chance, didn't have the reservation, found staff very inattentive, wine list poor and overpriced for place of this level, food was below any description, my partner have had stomach problems the day after. Dreadful place!
