After carefully studying Lyon restaurants in advance of a week's stay in the "Gastronomy Capital of the World", I choose Cuisine et Dependances. We are at least annual visitors to France and always dine well. In other words, we are fairly sophisticated clients. Our dinner at Cuisine et Dependances was quietly spectacular. Each dish was innovative yet a subtle mix... More

I've been at this nice small place with three colleagues, while on a business trip. Very nice atmosphere, even if not exactly "warm" (maybe a bit impersonal). I would recommend it especially for an informal vis-à-vis dinner. Good French cuisine and careful service (quite fast, too, but maybe because there were very few people). Not exceptional, but worth a visit... More

We were so looking forward to go to this restaurant after reading the reviews here but we got very disappointed. We were the first clients there but we still had to wait 5 min before someone asked us if we wanted something to drink and gave us the menus. 15 min later we got the wine but we had to... More

Arrived late, and were able to be accomidated with a table. They were willing to accepted our English (with a smile even) and provided a very nice meal. The presentation was excellent. The menu we had was to be changed next week when the owner returns so not sure if you should pay much heed to it, but it included... More

I had planned on going somewhere else for a project team dinner however it could not take a party of our size (13). The hotel recommended C&D - it already has an excellent reputation and it was only 5 minutes away. We congregated on the open air seating across the narrow street from the restaurant (which does not particularly special... More

We had a lovely dinner at this charming restaurant, which deserves all of its good reviews. We had the fixed price menu at 39 Euros, which was great value for such excellent food. The wine was also very reasonably priced, and the service excellent. All in all a wonderful experience here in Lyon. Many thanks!

The restaurant made a very good impression. We tried both fixed menu and a la carte - both choices were impeckable. Mousse soups are local must-tries. I would surely recommend this restaurant to those I know.

I choise this restaurant because of the good advice on tripadvisor, although it's quite strange that only 15 advices brings this restaurant to place 3! The interior of this restaurant is a strange, eclectic mix of lighting, furniture and design. We were welcomed very inviting and warm. The starter 'foie gras chaud' was à good choise. The main course and... More
