We went not to the French brasserie however to the Italian next to it in the little lane. Must be run by the same people. Great italian for France... Kids had great pizza, not overly turn but fine. I had a wonderful carbonara and my wife had a superb lasagne. Desert was lovely and a great price... The waitress or... More

The food was ok but the service was awful! All staff does not know how to smile, refuse to talk in English and continue speaking in French even if you do not understand them, showing that you are not the last client on the earth.

Although the food in this cafe/brasserie was actually quite good the service was very poor. The staff tried hard but were rushed off their feet and couldn't keep up with the demands of each table, the result was that all our meals came out at different times and all the various component parts arrived in a rather random nature. Good... More

I've been there with two friends, the restaurant is well-located (near Place Bellecour) but the waiters/waitresses are not very friendly and welcoming ! I ordered the €14,90 menu (starter+main dish+dessert) which is okay for the price. The food isn't of great quality but it worths the price ! Tourist trap !

The food was lovely, wife said best she had had all holiday. Service was good. Location was good. They were very busy. We got there at about 9... More

I found this restaurant just off the Place Bellecour in a district full of charming bistros with a set menu of 18 euros. Just remember that most places don't serve evening meals until just after 7pm. I had a very nice Gateau Foie de Vollaile and Rognons de Veau - I didn't realise until afterwards that the latter dish was... More

Hostess did give the three of us a table quickly, two adults and a one year old. We were given a menu. No other communication from wait staff. After sitting at our table for 23 minutes we walked out. Order was not taken, no water or other beverages ordered. Poor service.

Accidentally went to this restaurant with colleagues and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and speed of service. Very tender beef and tasty salad. Perfectly brewed cappuccino.

Good find here. We took the menu of the night at 18 euros for 3 courses and a bottle of red at 16 euros and the food for the price was exceptional. 52 euros in Lyon for 2 people can not be bad. Good selection of starters, same with the main course and the creme brulee was to die for.... More
