With a menu at 14.50 Euro you get a feel of the cuisine of Lyon. There are other menus but in general the food is very tasty. There are a lot of couples coming on Sunday and they are not there for the first time. A great place to be and a beautiful view.

Came here with 4 friends on a Sunday night. We had 3 menus (15,90€), a salad and mussels with a curry sauce. The mussels we got with the menu were far too salted. Our fries were cold and only 3 out of 4 received them. When we asked the waiter if we could have one more he mumbled that they... More

Went for lunch. Friendly waiter but food only average. Onion soup was flavourless, and mains no better. Would not return.

Should know better than to go into a place like this, in a touristy area yet! But some how, on every trip to France some sort of temporary brain death happens! To my defence, there seemed to be quite a few of happy looking locals enjoying lunch and the menu was interesting and not too expensive. Very nice waiter who... More

We went not to the French brasserie however to the Italian next to it in the little lane. Must be run by the same people. Great italian for France... Kids had great pizza, not overly turn but fine. I had a wonderful carbonara and my wife had a superb lasagne. Desert was lovely and a great price... The waitress or... More

The food was ok but the service was awful! All staff does not know how to smile, refuse to talk in English and continue speaking in French even if you do not understand them, showing that you are not the last client on the earth.

Although the food in this cafe/brasserie was actually quite good the service was very poor. The staff tried hard but were rushed off their feet and couldn't keep up with the demands of each table, the result was that all our meals came out at different times and all the various component parts arrived in a rather random nature. Good... More

I've been there with two friends, the restaurant is well-located (near Place Bellecour) but the waiters/waitresses are not very friendly and welcoming ! I ordered the €14,90 menu (starter+main dish+dessert) which is okay for the price. The food isn't of great quality but it worths the price ! Tourist trap !

€45.50 for 2 set menus (2 salads, moules frites, steak & chips, 1creme caramel) fresh OJ, large cote de rhone red. Waitress very accommodating and assisted my pregnant wife for her diet. The food was lovely, wife said best she had had all holiday. Service was good. Location was good. They were very busy. We got there at about 9... More

I found this restaurant just off the Place Bellecour in a district full of charming bistros with a set menu of 18 euros. Just remember that most places don't serve evening meals until just after 7pm. I had a very nice Gateau Foie de Vollaile and Rognons de Veau - I didn't realise until afterwards that the latter dish was... More
