Exquisite from start to finish. Nice service. Original flavours packed into works of art. Intense flavour experience. Would not hesitate to return and to recommend.

Just very good...I love the chef's touch..his food is very creative and fun, not just because if the mix of molecular and traditional techniques, but also because his dishes are fun. Service is very cool and casual. Always go there.

Incredible atmosphere with perfect lighting and gentle music. The restaurant has a soft white glow with a splash of stone and oversized walls filled with living plants. The service was almost spot on, first the waiter did his best to translate everything into English, which was a nice effort, but he forgot our last glass of wine hence the 4.5... More

Without a reservation we could get a table in this restaurant which we already read something about, so a good start. From the menu you can choose how many courses you want (and a wine arrangement) and which of the ingredients you want or do NOT want. After these choices it just sit back and enjoy whats coming your way!... More

Flew down from Amsterdam for lunch in Lyon.... sometimes it's good to do crazy things! I'd booked by phone at Le Musee, but arrived to find it shut and the owners on holiday! No matter, went round a few corners and found myself outside Eskis. Not busy (it's the holiday season in Lyon!) so getting a table not a problem.... More

My husband and I had a magnificent lunch at Eskis. We were served a plate of tiny amuse bouches as we were deciding what to order, and they were so splendid and full of surprise that we both immediately opted for the larger of the two pairing menus with the accompanying wine. We were not disappointed. The whole meal was... More

We made a reservation at Eskis for this evening (May 29th) at 7:30. We arrived promptly and the front door was locked. We looked in and saw wait staff inside. They also saw us! We waited until 7:35 and they had still not opened so we left. We will never return.

I went here with my husband and we thought it was pretty nice, but not exceptional. I made a reservation online and never received a confirmation, so I called and they acted like it was a big deal to squeeze us in. This restaurant had 12 tables and only 3 were occupied while we were there, so I don't see... More

If you like staring at an empty white table for 45 minutes with no drinks, then you've come to the right spot! Ok, I'm a spoiled eater and love great restaurants, so when I read the recommendations here I reserved a table. Boy was I unimpressed, the staff was friendly and we had a nice table but the timing sucked... More

My first experience in a so called "cuisine contemporaire" or "molecular gastronomy" restaurant and I must say it was spectacular! Very creative associations of Incredible tastes, textures, colours ending up in a unique and beautiful visual and gustative symphony! Bravo the Chef! Need to book ahead - very limited guests and the price is in line.
