Italian French fusion...good combo!

Lovely interior, not fussy, stone walls, chandeliers. Tables decently spaced. But one thing would help a lot.....dim the lights a bit! Really, do it! Warm greeting. We were offered an English menu and feigned surprise and stuck with the French. This is really a French restaurant with a French... read more

We arrived at our hotel in Lyon about 1:30pm we started to look for a restaurant and bump into this one. They close at 2:30 for their siesta and reopen ate 6 or 7. They were kind to give us lunch at 2:30. If you want quality, great service and great food. This is your restaurant. We went twice during... More

Lovely interior, not fussy, stone walls, chandeliers. Tables decently spaced. But one thing would help a lot.....dim the lights a bit! Really, do it! Warm greeting. We were offered an English menu and feigned surprise and stuck with the French. This is really a French restaurant with a French treatment of Italian food. The 27 euro menu is a bargain,... More

For lunch we took the menu du jour which was excellent. The appetizer was a quiche confit de canard (duck) with a red pepper coulis followed by a perfectly cooked main dish of fish (cabillaud, cod) with cuttlefish risotto. Generous portions and great value at 14€. Excellent service and a good rosé wine. Located on a quiet street near the... More

When you have tired of the bouchons and their expensive fatty food and poor service track down this italian restaurant . The food is excellent as is the wine. Service is friendly and with a smile. Wine range is very good and can be purchased by the glass. The restaurant is a short stroll from Bellecour Place and nearby cafes... More

Not much open on Monday night and wanting something other than the tourist belt offerings we stumbled accross this delightful little place. Great modern Italian, good wine list. Staff were friendly and attentative, and the courses were well spaced. Recommend highly

After waking up late and missing breakfast (jet lag and hangover) we started strolling north from our hotel, we found this restaurant and thought we would give it a try. It was exquisite. Service was excellent and the preparation phenomenal. We live in Portland OR and even the NY Times says we have great food. Not compared to this. I... More

We enjoyed our meal here mosty because of the ambience and the service. Really nice wines by the glass as well. the menu is very interesting and with good variety. Our only comment on the food is that despite its potential the seasoning and sauces were uninspired. So it left us wanting a bit more. I guess one more comment.... More

This place offers great service and great food in one of the most exquisite quarter of Lyon. The charm of the area and the delicate and modern approach to italian food makes this restaurant a really fine destination for your senses.
