Good value restaurant

We have been many times over the years when skiing in the Trois Vallees. Coming from the Val Thorens side, the long, slow path at the side of which this restaurant is located is a bit of a trek but if you're skiing over that way and you're hungry, it's worth a visit. Nice ambiance, average prices, staff very hospitable. We had pizzas which were fine. The menu choices are much the same as all the other resraurants in the area.

We visited this restaurant on two occasions during our week in Courchevel 1650. It appears a little rough around the edges from the outside, with rather strange black and white plastic tablecloths but the welcome was very warm. On the first occasion, it was half-full and we enjoyed very attentive service, excellent food (steak and chicken dishes) and relatively inexpensive... More

We (eight of us) had lunch together here on our last day in Couchevel. Between us we ordered various pizzas, some 'dishes of the day' and a pasta dish. All delicious. The pizzas were the thin crispy sort with extremely generous toppings. Service was incredibly quick and friendly from charming staff. With three large carafes of house wine (very good)... More

Dropped in here for lunch after a morning skiing (it is just below the bottom of the piste, one road down). A very friendly welcome and no pressure to order quickly. Happy to bring us some tap water while we decided. The pizzas we had were absolutely delicious - thin crust cooked to order, and again they were happy for... More

I am ashamed to say this review has not been done sooner as this restaurant has been a favourite for many years. We first discovered it late at night desperately hungry and failing to find anywhere else to eat. The owner gave us a warm welcoming and was more than happy to accommodate us even at the hour. The pizzas... More

Had a lovely steak dinner for €18 in this lovely friendly restaurant. Dinner came with chips and ratatouille and salad so we were both very full. Staff were lovely and attentive so we went back a second time!

Very tasty super size salads and superbly delicious thin and crispy crust pizzas - the perfect post cycling repast. Service was quick despite a lot of customers.

Friendly staff and great menu. Would recommend and wish we had more time to visit as only managed to get here a couple of times during our stay. When the sun is shining it is so lovely to sit outside. The inside is also very nice and it is a typical French restaurant with authentic food. The owner Meriel is... More

Used to be the Eterlou. Now under new management by the team who used to run L'Arc en Ciel on piste at the base of the Saulire Cable Car. Similar menu with pizza, French specialities and a plat du jour around €13. Close to the Petit Savoyard just off the piste in 1650 so easy to compare the offerings and... More
