The food here is really fresh and you feel the difference. Waiters are quick and available and the privé is not exepensive, which is rare in Chamonix! My best sushi place in this town

Satsuki in chamonix is great. As a resident of four years it's one of my favorite places to eat or take away, love the sushi there an for a reasonable price, you can also get hot Cooke dishes there too if your not into raw, the staff have always been super friendly and accommodating, they may even know my order... Excelent restaurant, staff is really nice, food is great! The lunch menus are great, reasonably priced. Recommend this to anyone who likes japanese food and doesn't want to spend a lot of cash.

I really love this restaurant, I've been here a few times over the years and on this trip I came once for dinner and again for lunch on the day we left. The restaurant is usually busy and I would recommend booking. Downstairs is a traditional tatami room and heated loo seats, yey! The food is great and the staff... More

If you feel like taking a break from the Alpine cheese heavy cuisine this is the place to go. The Sushi is very nice indeed and so is the rest of the food. The service is great and very friendly. The only thing I'd change is the interior as I find it a little cheap looking but that's just a... More

The truth is, we were skeptical, my wife and I; Japanese food in the alpes?! Plus the fact it is TripAdvisor recommended. I Trusted the reviews (thanks for you good people) and was really amazed of the cooking quality. The food was delicious. The interoir was not that special, except for some touches like the table mat. The downside is... More

Had sushi set menu + shrimp tempura. The appetizers were just ok. Tempura not too bad, bit under-fried. The nigiri sushi itself was surprisingly, pretty good.

I went there during in the last week of August which is apparently the busiest of the summer season. Nevertheless, they were able to to seat me outside right away. I ordered their prix fixe dinner and it was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though my French was particularly sparse.

If you're in Chamonix and feeling a little sick of raclette, fondue, sausage and cheese, check out this little breath of fresh air. Good and fresh Japanese flavours, very friendly and helpful staff and pretty good value for money. Will definitely visit again.
