...but we weren't at home, so it was ok! We are not putting the place down but perhaps without competition they don't try too hard with a varied menu or larger portions, yes there was the usual curries on the menu (and lots of veggie options) but side dishes were lacking. The food was tasty, service fine/slow and the premises... More

Visiting Chamonix for my birthday and came across this little restaurant. Great having something different to eat other than the usual Savoyard food. Service was good and the food was served quickly. The main woman/ manger could have been more friendly when greeting, all the other staff were really nice. Definitely will come again.

The French have not really embraced Indian food - they are still wrestling gastronomically speaking with North Africa - and embracing each other several times a day, so it is very hard to get decent Indian Food outside of Paris. It is not that easy inside Paris, either! As an addict, who has been adding value to his waist via... More

The Husband: Upon arriving we were given a table for two by the door. The restaurant is very small and as it was a cold night would of preferred to by seated away from the door, I'm sure there was more room upstairs. We ordered our drinks and some papadums to start. Unfortunately these were obviously bought from a supermarket... More

We love Indian food and this restaurant is OK. Not incredible, but definitely edible. The food was adequately spicy and we enjoyed it.

I was told about this Restaurant by my tour guide, its around 20 mins walking from the train station, I had ordered Tandoori Chicken with Naan. The chicken was just ok, it had more of fat rather than chicken, but the Naan was good. Over here the chicken is Halal but the Lamb/Mutton is not Halal. The staff was friendly... More

The staff were warm & welcoming, plenty of choice on the menu & comparing to other chamonix restaurants, I don't think it was that expensive either. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals & we had a varied range of taste & spice tolerance levels amongst us.

No awards here but if like most englishmen the craving for a good curry becomes irresistible then this place will not disappoint. A bit pricy for what you get but no more than the average for Chamonix. I found the staff very pleasant and attentive and the food was great.

Regardless of a slightly uncomfortably experience I am giving this restaurant a 4/5 because the food was just SO good. The food was in fact so good (I had a lamb dish) I was sitting there thinking that even though I only had 3 nights in Chamonix I would return - but that was quickly put aside when, for the... More

Excellent if small indian where most of the staff speak english. Good food and good portions. Has a very good vegetarian selection which is hard to find in France. Worth a visit if in Chamonix especially if you have a vegetarian in the group.
