This is a very popular restaurant and no wonder. Sitting out on the terrace you have a view across to Mont Blanc and you also have a superb meal. It classifies as one of the best meals we have eaten in France. The restaurant is obviously run very professionally, the staff are excellent and very friendly too. Not the cheapest... More

Even though this is part of the golf club, it is open to the public. I have eaten here only once, but my husband frequently stops here for lunch when they do a good value set menu, including wine. The evening menu is expensive (but eating out in Chamonix is expensive anyway). I had a fondu which was good, but... More

We recently had dinner at this restaurant and was placed next to a group of 4-5 persons, with a dog. To my surprise, the owner of the dog had her dog stand up and eat from her plate. At first I did not react, but after a while of the dog eating at the table and barking when it was... More

Not the first time we have been to this restaurant and not the last. We are always delighted with the meal, enchanted by the atmosphere and very pleased with the service. Today was even better than previous times with prawns in thai sauce and cod to die for. I like their Pouilly wine by the glass too. A must when... More

Beautiful setting in the golf course, lovely building and interior, very cosy. Looks like a great place for the winter but our summer dinner was faultless. Food was excellent, service was efficient & professional. 10/10!

Had an excellent relaxed lunch here. It was very quiet but the general atmosphere in this wooden chalet / lodge style restaurant was great. We all chose Duck in a pepper sauce served with vegetables and a cheese potato souffle from the 'Business Lunch' menu. The duck was served pink (just as we like it). Staff were attentive, good humoured... More

Had dinner with a group of new friends and the evening was perfection. Amazing meal from start (yummy Kir Royales) to finish (creme brulee and molton chocolate cake that were to die for!) My honey and I shared the onion soup & escargot as appetizers. Then it became a party as we grilled meats (chicken, duck and beef) right at... More

We love this place, we have had lunch there 3 times in the last three months. The food is mostly French and Savoyard, they have three menus at 21-29-39 Euros which are great value. The tartiflette is out of this world, strongly recommended. Service was friendly and timely. The Wine list is very interesting and offers many options. Booking in... More

Me and my family (two children) had both lunch and dinner at the La Cabane. At lunch we sat outdoors, at the pleasant terrace facing the glacier, the mountains and the green. The fresh cod and the noodles with meat were very good. In the evening, we had a table inside, enjoying the warm and cosy atmosphere and some well... More
