This place is in one of the best locations in Chamonix which I imagine is the only reason it is able to get away with serving the food that it does at the prices it does. The service is slow and rude, and the food is horrible and horribly expensive. I wish I'd looked at Tripadvisor before going here. I... More

It's not the terrible food nor the terrible service, it's the waitress who formally tells the british clients that 'service is mot included' !!!! SHAMEFULL

I had to have checked the reviews of this place. All are true, this place is a fraud and you have to avoid except if you want to waist your money. I ordered a raclette for 26€ per person and the cheese wasnt raclette!!!! Still water 7,90€... Dont go. We should file a formal complaint before the local authorities.

The staff tries to promote garlic bread (which we didn't take) and bottled water (almost 8€) which we accidentally took assuming it would be tap-water. Our drinks arrived late and one drink was missing. After asking multiple times, it arrived close to the end of our meal. Spaghetti carbonara for 19€ must be the most expensive spaghetti I ever had... Went for a 2 week holiday to chamonix with the whole family and made the rash mistake of entering this place! Don't ever go- unless you want to pay for your mayonnaise, eat poor food, and spend €150 on a lunch that you could make yourself for €10! We walked out miserable and heartbroken, and tried not to think about... More

We called in on a wet day, as the place seemed lively, but I guess it was full of people who like us, were looking to shelter from the rain, and perhaps hoped to enjoy a reasonable priced menu as advertised outside. What a dissappointment. The drinks were overpriced - 4 euro for a 25cl beer. We were brought bottled... More

We called in for quick lunch on a rainy day in July oh what an awful mistake, one would wonder if they employ a chef at all. We ordered burgers and frites the burgers were amongst the smallest we had ever had with frozen chips not even home made no garnish thrown on the plate, our sone ordered a special... More

Nice location is the only nice thing to mention. Inacceptable staff, dirty glasses, prices for drinks far too high, food without any flavour. Cannot recommend at all.

Overpriced, poor food served by rude and aggressive staff. A party of 8, we were seated quickly and our orders also taken quickly and professionally by the manager, who we never saw again. Our drinks took the best part of 30 minutes to arrive and we were one short. When ordering our drinks we had been given a choice between... More

Wish we had read Trip Advisor before trying here. Asked for drinks order when we sat down, before we had time to even pick up wine list. Husband asked for a bottle of house wine and I just wanted water. What we got charged for was Pinot Noir - not to my knowledge a house wine and we also were... More
