Soup of vegetables is good. Salad is of big size. Must try the chocolate mousse!

Poorly presented and below par quality of the food served. Tough lamb and overcooked trout. Unfriendly service. Never going back again...

We have been to this restaurant for lunch twice in one week. Both times we have been impressed with the generous servings and the reasonable prices. Also pleasant service. Recommended.

This restaurant has great service, a nice view and excellent Savoire food. Décor was also pleasant. Prices are reasonable, including an attractively priced and excellent wine list.

Good sized portions so you need a very healthy appetite. The food is standard tourist fare with some nice desserts especially the mousse au chocolat but the service could be better. It is friendly but not particularly efficient. However, there is lots of outside space to sit out on warm summer evenings and watch the world go by and the... More

We chose this place at random while walking through town after the cable-car trip up to 3800+ metres and lots of bracing air. Had a very late lunch that ended up being an early dinner. Good selection on the menu but we all made simple choices: omelets, soups, salads. Very good and filling food, and it was pleasant at our... More

The waitress was lvoely and made the kids laugh, she did well trying to explain the french specials. though the rest of the menu translated flawlessly. We went back here two times in one... More

Great central location and the perfect good value, good quantity , good service venue we were looking for after a days skiing. We sat outside under a heater which was good and the waitress couldn't have been more helpful explaining the menu to us in English which saved the Collins Gem French phrase book coming out! Kids were happy with... More

Le dru has been one of our favorite restaurant in Chamonix for the last 25 years or so. It changed ownership about a year ago and we had not been since January last year. The decor has changed dramatically and it is now a brightly lit restaurant. Shame as it has lost the traditional kitsch savoyard style that made Le... More
