This is down a little alley off the main street and we came here for lunch. The staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly with menu choice. As it was quick sunny and hot, the outside eating tables provide lots of shade, so we decided to eat outside. The menu was fairly simple, however when the food was served, the... More

Went to the restaurant and asked for an english menu. Staff response was "no just the board" witch was only in hand written french. No offer to help with interpretation of the menu. We went next door and had a great experience.

Chez Fanny is hidden away down a side street, so we thought the location would be great. The food was very good, but when the belly dancers and music started up at the restaurant right next door, this somehow took away from the French ambiance we were looking for. Too bad....I think Chez Fanny suffers because of this.

We arrived at our pre-booked time which happened to be in the middle of a downpour, so there was chaos ensuing as diners and tables were getting wet whilst the rooftop was being pulled out. However, the staff went about their business quietly and efficiently and soon everything was dried off/wiped down and we sat nervously at the garden table... More

We had a really nice Dinner - 2 couples!! Service was excellent & fun. Food was great all 4 had different meals & everyone raved about their meal. Ambience was good even though there was a huge rain storm outside. We tried to go back again - but was closed for 2 nights. Highly recommend.

Always warmly welcomed here and love that it's in a quiet area of town. Salads are fabulous, as is everything else I have had here. Good wine selection and it's frequented by mostly locals. I especially like the outdoor terrace seating. I eat here frequently when in St. Remy.

After a week in St Remy we made reservations to try Chez Fanny. We were looking forward to it due to the reviews and the nice location. We ordered the one appetizer on the menu to start and it was a 'variety' plate. It looked gorgeous when it arrived however shortly after we noticed a small worm on the fork,... More

Great staff, excellent wine pairing, casual ambiance, giant and delicious salad...enjoy. It's in a hidden little courtyard just off the main ring road, easy to miss at night so keep an eye out!
