Very good value

We went here for dinner one night one our stay in Le Baux, which is about 15 mins from here. It's a place we're locals go and you probably won't find too many tourists at night. The service was fantastic and the lamb was absolutely gorgeous. We could not have asked for more from this restaurant and would recommend it extremely highly.

I visit family in the region every year, a visit to chez fanny is a must ! Friendly staff in a lovely back street setting. Food is nice and lots of it ! Good selection of wine & beer. Will be back again soon.

Poor Service, Horrible Attitude, Weak Selection, waste of time and money... Avoid at all costs as its a waste money and your time... Not child friendly in any way... Their idea of a kids menu is scrambled eggs and chips... That's it... Meat was horrible, not cooked to requirement.... Going to have to sterilize my pallet and stomach after that....... More

Having arrived in St. Remy a bit late for lunch we found Chez Fanny, which was quite willing to serve us after the usual midday period. The setting was pleasant enough. The service was friendly and the food was reasonably tasty. Chez Fanny is a reasonable choice at a decent price.

We arrived half an hour before opening time and the chef made us welcome - on his own. We had the entrecôte with gorgonzola and pastilla - Moroccan pie with chicken and apricot - generous servings and really tasty! I've never seen such a combination of welcome, great organisation and fabulous food. The restaurant is themed after a 1930s play... More

This is down a little alley off the main street and we came here for lunch. The staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly with menu choice. As it was quick sunny and hot, the outside eating tables provide lots of shade, so we decided to eat outside. The menu was fairly simple, however when the food was served, the... More

Went to the restaurant and asked for an english menu. Staff response was "no just the board" witch was only in hand written french. No offer to help with interpretation of the menu. We went next door and had a great experience.

Chez Fanny is hidden away down a side street, so we thought the location would be great. The food was very good, but when the belly dancers and music started up at the restaurant right next door, this somehow took away from the French ambiance we were looking for. Too bad....I think Chez Fanny suffers because of this.

We arrived at our pre-booked time which happened to be in the middle of a downpour, so there was chaos ensuing as diners and tables were getting wet whilst the rooftop was being pulled out. However, the staff went about their business quietly and efficiently and soon everything was dried off/wiped down and we sat nervously at the garden table... More
