Welcome to the rebellious alchemy of a modern inn Savour every moment of a rare and simple truth, a thousand thoughtful attentions and a host of sophisticated details. The old farmhouse, a timeless artwork set amid century-old trees and the sunny scents of countless flowers, invites you to discover its creative originality. The house, decorated by artist Roger Bezombes in the 1950s, is a riot of colourful mosaics and unusual curiosities. Like the painter's chosen palette, the three rooms and two spacious suites are bright and richly sensual. Each has its own elegant personality to fire a guest's imagination. The restaurant too is a magic place. Bernard's originality and humour infuse his spontaneous cuisine, inspired by the quality of the local produce he uses. The carefully-selected wines are gems that add a scintillating final touch. We cultivate the arts of hospitality and sharing.

We visited this restaurant for the first time with friends, who had recommended it. We sat outside in the garden on a terrace. The surroundings were lovely, with beautiful planting and lots of candles. The tables were unusual in that they were shaped like artist's palettes and the art theme continued indoors where there were a number of installations. The... More

Great location, upon arrival we were seated in the courtyard for an aperitif. We did not go for one of their extensive gin & tonic variations. Ordered a bottle of Rose and mineral water. When guided to the table we had a tour about the interior design and history of the site. We had langoustines as starter, three tiny langoustines... More

We were very excited to dine here based on all the glowing reviews.Unfortunately, while the food was good the best part of it was the presentation, very well done. The menu is limited and that maybe a consideration for some. The prices are very high for the quality of the food and service being offered. If you are going to... More

This restaurant is simply a must go in St Remy . My wife and I have been many times and it never fails to deliver. Alice and her team are also very good at looking after their long term customers with a bit of class and recognition, unlike some other operators in St Remy who we have unfortunately found are... We have been several times in Mas de l'Amarine. A high level B&B with a Michelin star level restaurant. Unique location, beautiful rooms, impeccable hospitality offered by Alice and amazing flavours on the plate created by Bernard. What a combination. We will be back!

We enjoyed an amazing dinner at Mas de l'Amarine. The food was delicious and the service was exemplary (the hostess is full of personality and the somellier was well informed.) We enjoyed a drink on the terrace and were then moved to the upper garden for a dinner under the stars, surrounded by quirky lamps made from old straw hats.... More

Small terraces, good location, inventory a bit " trendy" The lunch menu turned out to be excellent: very well prepared with love and eye for detail and presentation. Not ott ( over the top),as service is relaxed and local.

We spent four very pleasant days in St. Remy and had the opportunity to visit several of the better restaurants in the area. Without doubt, Alice and her team at Mas de 'Amarine provided the only truly special experience. The Mas is a few minutes out of town, located up a hill. It is a small place focused on providing...
