One if the best Moroccan meals we have had

Tucked away and obviously known by locals. Great family recipes. We loved it We had chicken Tajine and the cous cous with Mageez and Kofta which were both delicious. Great service .

Our family of four included 2 kids, 11 & 15. We felt our meal was very good. My husband and I felt that everything tasted like a very good traditional meal with everything fresh. The portions were large and we were more than satisfied with our meals. We all agreed that we would return.

Very understated and hidden away gem with morrocan feel, outdoor sheet coverings and North African cuisine. Very generous hospitality and portions-unlmited cous cous and tangine. Good deals for children. Good value. I had the same dish as the critical reviewer below-but was delicious-very ctirus infused and cooked perfectly.

My tagine (chicken with preserved lemons and olives) was inedible: the chicken was tough, overlooked, and lacked flavor, the sauce was greasy and lacked any sense of Moroccan cuisine, and the plate was filled with blackened overlooked potatoes. I cook this dish regularly and have had it in Morocco several times. On another note, I remain astonished at the overly... More

This place is great, love the atmosphere, the decor is colourful and cosy and the staff are so friendly. The food was beautiful, the chicken and lamb cous cous was beautiful the meat just fell off the bone. We always pick our favourite restaurant to return to on our last night of our trip and we chose this one. We... More

This became our favorite spot in St. Remy. It has a gorgeous shady courtyard and the food is outstanding. We enjoyed both tangine and cous cous specialties and took a break from French wine to enjoy a deep red from Morocco. The chef is from Fes and does a wonderful job. The staff are so friendly and fun - we... More

Having never eaten a Moroccan meal before we visited la Medina for a family meal we arrived early as there were young children in our party but the restaurant soon filled, there is an indoor and outdoor area which I am sure will be heavily used in the summer months. They offer a good childrens menu to complement the main menu which... Had the 27€ menu. The 3 little dips on the "salad" plate were about a teaspoon each of very inexpensive ingredients like cucumber, chickpea and tomato puree but were tasty. The bread was a bit stale. The chicken Tagine was a joke: mostly small bones including the back bones of less than a 1/4 of a small chicken. I put... More

We come to eat here each time we visit Provence. Delicious moroccan food. A nice variety of tagines and couscous with meat, chicken or fish. We especially like the chicken with olives, confit lemons, and vegetables and the merguez. A nice selection of salads that come in different sizes. There is a charming terrace for dining outside, very quiet and... More
