Great Indian food

I can't comment on service or ambience as we ordered a takeaway over the phone which we collected (we were staying close by and needed a night in). The staff were pleasant when collecting the food. Old reheated chewy kababs and food. Worst Indian food I have eaten poor ambience. Quite clearly a place to be avoided.

The staff was friendly and the place is situated in a good location. But the food was so bad. So bad. Nothing like Indian cuisine and after eating the food I was feeling nauseatic for the whole night and the next whole day. Horrible quality. Total rip off as it was expensive as well.

Nice Indian food. Decent price. Location us the most plus point. Well the food will make Indian feel home. Decent dishes for Veggies too.

An Indian meal was exactly what we wanted after hours of long travelling and this really hit the spot! Despite being very busy, the head waiter sorted us a table and a bottle of wine and took our order quickly. A healthy sized curry portion with lots of rice arrived at good speed and tasted excellent. A very reasonable €16... More

Rude staff, and there was this guy who was rude with us, and rude with the other staff.. And the curry we ordered never came and when I asked to meet the manager or owner, he told that he is not available. The good wasn't that great either. I would say, stay away and try the local cuisine (or if... More

After not having Indian food for a long time, we were searching for an Indian restaurant near Vieux port. Restaurant Jaipur caught attention easily as it is located in a very convenient place near to Metro and right there in Vieux port. We were hungry, so didn't give a second thought. Ambiance is ok. But loved the set menu, in... More

we found the restaurant lacking atmosphere, the staff was not very interacting, decoration was nice but again a bit dull. the sauces were okey, the rice was a bit bulky, the meat was nice, tender, and I loved the naan bread and lassi! I think the extra special something thats missing in the atmosphere makes it drop to 3stars, otherwise... More

....i must admit that Jaipur serves authentic Indian food. Being an Indian, i could vouch that the taste of the food is very "indian". The kebabs and the tandoori chicken are simply delicious as are the other dishes. the price is also reasonable considering the portions served and the taste. Usually we try to dine out a different places, but... More

We were craving some spicey food and Jaipur fitted the bill nicely. Not overly hot spices but good tasty food. The naan breads were excellent and the prices reasonable one of the best meals we have had in Marseille.
