Located on the top floor of the hotel, the restaurant Les Trois Forts boasts a truly breathtaking view stretching from Notre-Dame de la Garde as far as l'Estaque. The Chef's distinctive trademark? A predilection for unexpected mixtures of Mediterranean sea-salts and spices. On the same plate, he brings together the crisp and the moist, the hot and cold, while all the time preserving both the strength and the delicacy of flavours. In order to always bring a creative touch to his authentic cooking, he doesn't hesitate to bring new ingredients into traditional Provence dishes, offering a "haute-couture" version of the best of Mediterranean cuisine. The finest French wines, many of them vintage, rub shoulders on the wine list with a wide selection of world-renowned champagnes. The restaurant has a great position on the top floor overlooking both the Mediterranean and the old port and its 2000 years of activity. Grab a seat on the terrace and enjoy the friendly service and the good value weekday lunch menu- all is right with the world!

I was on a business dinner at this restaurant and it was amazing. We were sitting inside baca use the roof top terasse was fully booked. The restaurant has a great sommelier so order the wine by the glass. The food is to die for. The place is rather price, but perfect if you want something special.

On the 7th floor, the restaurant has an obstructed view of the old port of Marseille which is breathtaking. We booked too late to get a table outside, but were right by the window in the air conditioned restaurant which was perfect. The staff were very friendly, service excellent, food beautifully presented and we had a wonderful evening overall. Cheese... More

We dined here on a really sunny Friday evening, the restaurant was busy and the views were breathtaking. The service was immaculate, we felt very spoilt. There are a lot of nice touches, the amuse bouche and the petit fours are all excellent. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a special night out for an occasion. It... More

The food was very good, a nice wine list and a beautiful view. The only remark was the service, which was too slow. For that reason we went just once, preferring to have dinner at the Dantés, located in the same hotel.

The view from this restaurant, on the top floor of the Sofitel Marseille Hotel, is unbeatable. Our table was outside, set off to the side with an uninterrupted view of the entire skyline of Marseille, including the forts it is aptly named for. Simply breathtaking. The food was exciting, fresh, and original. We selected the chefs tasting menu, as we... More

Wonderful views, impeccable service, delicious food. What more could you ask for? Oh, a great wine list too. The combination of sweetbreads and lobster looked, and tasted, wonderful. The sole was delicious, the amuses bouches amazing, definitely worth another visit to try to scrumptious things we missed first time round.

Food was really good and the views were exceptional. I really enjoyed the menu and the only downside was the service was a little slow. I will return as I think the food is worth it.
