Absolutely great!

Go there! We went for lunch. French restaurant at its best: understated great food, extremely friendly and attentive staff, excellent price - quality. What more can you ask.

The food was very pleasant but portions were small and although you were also served "muse bouches" as extras between courses we felt that we were actually paying for them!! The wines were very pricey.

The owner of this little gem could not have been more helpful. They are located 5 mins walk from the Theatre Antique and if you are going to the Choregies, this is the perfect place to have dinner beforehand. They are so kind and welcoming. The menu is simple and good and they don't fleece you on the wine either.... More

Au Petit Patio was one of the stand-out restaurants for us during our recent 6 week overseas trip. The setting is lovely with good space between tables and the waiting staff were efficient but were so with warmth and charm. We rated the duck main course very highly but all food ordered was beautifully plated and delicious

Had a wonderful lunch at this lovely restaurant in Orange. Very popular with the locals who all seemed to have the featured Prix fix lunch. We ordered Ala carte and had a very nice albeit bountiful lunch. Also has a lovely indoor dining room, I would love to return for dinner!

Saturday night so we booked early. Arrived at the appointed hour a 2 lovely ladies did their absolute best to make sure we enjoyed the experience. One has limited English but persisted and was very good. The other only spoke French but conveyed with her enthusiasm and hand gestures her wonderful enthusiasm to communicate. First up I chose a white... More

Four of us had lunch at Au Petit Patio and it was one of the best meals that we have ever had in a restaurant. Three of us had the fixed price lunch at 18 Euros, which was a steal for what we got - salad, quail with potatoes and vegetables, dessert, coffee, and a glass of wine; the fourth... More

We lunched with friends, including children, on the terrace. The 26€ menu was delicious, beautifully presented and just the right quantity. There was also a special 11€ menu for children, proper food, just adjusted a little for young tastes. The waiting staff were very helpful, the wine list good, and there is on-street parking right outside (free over lunchtime). We'll... More

We had a lovely dinner here on the terrace, with fresh food and wonderful service - the servers were professional and pleasant and the timing of our food was perfect. Though the tables are a bit close together, it is still a quiet and pleasant place to dine. We had excellent fish mains and great home-made desserts. Highly recommend.

Whenever we have been to the "Chore'gies d'Orange we have visited Au Petit Patio. This restaurant have never been a disappointment, we have visited on performance and none performance evenings and from year to year they remember us. The food and the service is outstanding and the price remarkable as many other restaurants in Orange take advantage of the Opera... More
