Fantastic service and one of the best meals in France. The short rib with lavender honey sauce was divine. Wonderful wine selection. Wonderful cuisine without breaking the bank. Recommended to us by our B&B Le Mas des Etoiles.

Dined here in the evening. Access is down a cobbled alley and you can dine out on the balcony if there is space but you need to reserve ahead. We were directed upstairs to sit in a pleasant There was an interesting selection on the menu and the portions were huge. Desert was very good. Lacked atmosphere inside. Prefer a... More

We turned up to this resteraunt based on good reviews. We found the atmosphere in the Resteraunt very awkward and on top of this we waited 25 minutes and counted 11 trips by staff around our table and still no menus, drinks, bread or even a welcoming smile! So we left and spent our hard earned pennies elsewhere. Lots of... More

We have a small house in Gordes so always keen to check out any new places that open in the village. This is without doubt the best there is to offer in Gordes. Amazing views, lovely staff, simple but effective cuisine and seasonal as you would expect. Dinner for 8 people with 3 bottles of wine and apperitives came to... More

During a day trip to Gordes we found this restaurant almost by accodent, but were very lucky we did. We were lucky enough to get the table on a small/private second story balcony...which even if tjey were serving cold tuna from a can with stale bread it would have been fantastic. The view I would vager is probably one if... More

My husband and I spent 4 nights in Gordes. La Trinquette was definitely our favorite dinner. We had made a reservation with a request for the terrace. Unfortunately there were no tables on the terrace available when we showed up. The owners felt so bad that they gave us each a free glass of wine. We ended up dining upstairs... More

We were advised about this little restaurant in our guest house, and it was simply good, tasting Provence, with very local dishes such as the "Mt ventoux pork" cooked in Honey and Lavanda...Delicious. Go there it's not very expensive and the owner is very kind.

We were awed by the beautiful views as seen on Trip Advisor reviews so specifically planned to stop here for lunch on our visit en route to the Abbaye. Because we were 6 people with no reservation and arrived at an awkward time 2pm, we were unable to get a terrace table (this is a small restaurant!) However, the friendly... More

A wonderful meal was had, and English is spoken here! Lovely music in the background, much recognizable by us Americans. Diverse menu and very good wine. The chèvre for starters was very good, the mesclun salad was a decent size, finally! The curry dish was generous and quite good, not too spicy and the coquilles St Jacques was "great" according... loved sitting on the small terrace, super nice service, fast and friendly, great wine recommendation - the only thing which made it short of excellent was the beef tartare (and I have eaten about 50 versions and make it myself, consider myself an expert). Good presentation and taste but a bit to big pieces within and tough - beef tartare... More
