I don't know whether we were just starving or what...but the meal (dinner) we had at La Trinquette was delicious from start to finish. The service was excellent. Our salads were delicious and our entrees were scrumptious. We were there in October and, unfortunately, I don't remember what we ate, but I do remember leaving there thinking that it was... More

Ate here on successive evenings and our vegetarianism was catered for on both occasions. Very friendly and flexible. Excellent, imaginative salads with good selection of local cheeses. A gargantuan omelette on one occasion. Very reasonable costs especially for Gordes!

As we had not made a reservation, we were not surprised to find that all seating on the terrace was taken (the views have been reviewed here by many). However, we need not have worring as the upstairs seating had a fabulous view thru the window, which perfectly framed the wonderful sunset. Staff were very friendly and attentive, the menu... More

Great food and what a view! One of the best meals we had during our trip. But book ahead as it is very busy.

This place has been recommended to us by the owner of the place we stayed in Gordes (B&B Les Terrasses). We had a lovely dinner outside on the small terrace with a very nice vew. The food was excellent, the waitress very nice and efficient and the price very reasonable. A very nice address in Gordes, a place where the... More

Our hotel recommended this tapas restaurant and we enjoyed a lovely meal on the downstairs terrace - the place was packed but service very friendly and efficient. Saw the most beautiful sunset.

Every now and again, you happen to arrive at the right place at the right time and build a life memory. This we did last week. A 90 minute drive out of our holiday base at Aix-en-Provence we visited Gordes, one of the most stunning villages in France and beyond. Looking for a Restaurant for lunch I saw some balconies... This restaurant is located about 20 metres from central roundabout in Gordes. Location is very nice with lovely views from the village. Food was very tasty (we tried steak, poultry and salad). Service was not perfect although always with smile (we had to ask three-times for coffee and waiter was definitely not willing to anyhow help with my unperfect French).... More

If you can reserve the single high terrace table you will be treated to a fantastic view of the surrounding country. There are also lower terrace tables, and of course inside seating. We liked the menu selection, and the service was both friendly and well done. We were unable to get outside seating the first evening we went there, but... More

This restaurant came highly recommended by the owners of the guest house we stayed in. Although having booked early we arrived to find we had been seated outside on an increasingly windy day. Now, I know they cannot help the weather but when your dinner is accompanied by a blanket due to the cold you know things are not looking... More
