On our first evening in Gordes, we decided to try Le Loup Blanc. This ended up being an excellent choice. There isn't any view, but the atmosphere is still very nice on their patio. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Enjoyed this hidden gem in the center of Gordes. Duck breast was cooked perfectly med rare with crispy skin. And Charlevoix steak, cooked rare was fantastic! Dined on the patio.

I had a lovely starter here that I probably won't be able to find again! It was a 'red fish and fennel cake' which was really a kind of warm mousse, but I loved it. The mains are quite simple - with grilled fish seeming to be a speciality - and are well cooked.

We came here with high hopes, having had mostly excellent experiences with French and Provencal cuisine in five trips to France. This restaurant disappointed us enormously. I asked (in French) for recommendations and was recommended the steak tartare and the grilled tuna. I specifically asked how the tuna was cooked and it was described "toute rose" (all pink). The steak... More

My adult daughter and I had an excellent meal here. The restaurant is small and cozy. There is also outside seating but it was far too cold for that area to be open. I had the bar de loup with fresh vegetables and my daughter had the fish soup with a small salad and the chevre cheese course. The white... More

The food is fine-average or slightly better, but the service is appalling. Be prepared to be ignored. Having just completed 3 weeks of travel in France, this is the only restaurant I could not recommend.

Me and my family went to the Loup Blanc. It´s a charming place with warm staff. As far as I can remember, we ordered a fish dish suggested by the house, which was amazing. I´ve been to several restaurants in Gordes and around before it. Loup Blanc is certainly a good choice for fish. In high season, I suggest a... More

The slow service - made worse because we did not want aperitifs, so had to wait until all the drink orders had been taken in the restaurant before we could order food, totally ruined the evening. This was followed by a long wait for average food. Although the menu price is very reasonable in itself, the whole poor experience cannot... More

6 of us went here - make sure you book! Given the area, prices are reasonable. Menu is limited, (4 fish options and 1 meat), but they say good fish, served simply, is their speciality, and they do it very well. Service was friendly and professional - plenty of time to enjoy our meal, desserts were excellent.

Simple, fantastically fresh, perfectly cooked fish served in a pleasant un fussy space all at very reasonable prices. Wonderful.
