Simply a sure value, great hospitality and unique location/

Amazing terrace, late dinner with lovely staff. Great view and inspiring menu. We had cabillaud / cod and chicken dishes as mains, enjoyed a half bottle of Puligny Montrachet and had the terrace on our own with some blankets. Great place.

The venue is excellent. The menu simple but nice. The execution very poor. When you are sat in a location like this you want the experience to be poetry. It has to be. The view demands it and the price also demands it that bit more. The service staff although strong in number simply did not deliver, leaving us with... More

The restaurant is beautiful. Sitting in the terrace was the perfect Provence experience. I had the gnocchi of my life. Spinach gnocchi with lemon. Amazing!! Just wish they'd served me three times the amount they did.

The costumed servers, lovely view and beautiful presentation all combine to create a very enjoyable dining experience. We were four for lunch including two pregnant wives, so we ended up with a very reasonable bill for it all. The wine list was short but to the point and quite enjoyable. I ordered relatively poorly compared to the others but my... More

Everything was great. They just need to work on the lighting. Lighting to harsh. Wine pairings were right on. Foils gras appetizer with apricots was lovely and the cod was scrumptious. Macaroon dessert was addictive.

Very surprising that this hôtel became a LHW "Leading Hotel of the World " this year ? In fact we came back this summer and discover that it had just been sold to a French Milliardaire, and will next winter get some renovation. How can a Hotel become a Leading Hotel of the World before it is even renovated ???... More

This restaurant has improved enormously over the last couple of years. We visited it several times over the summer and the food is consistently delicious, with excellent service. They are helpful and attentive. The setting is wonderful.

My wife and I had a dinner there last evening. Started with a glass of Rose Champagne. Perfect. The bready accompaniment another matter. Amuse Bouche was a drowning melon or something like that. Next Fleur de Courgette Farcie which we love but here it was drowning in petit poires. Two tiny farcie and two tinier langoustine tails. at €36 each.... More

From the 'Duchess Suite' to the stunning food all is perfect in the world when staying here. Glorious views over the Louberon; goldsmiths crafting across the road; meandering streets to, not quite, get lost in; the service is probably the best ever along with the Danielli in Venice. Easy driving to Rousillion, Apt and Avignon, or simply stop and be.... More

Exceptional view, great service and wonderful food. After visiting the market, we stopped for a light lunch. I had a tomato and mozzarella salad with a nice pesto and accompanying rocket salad. However, my wife was the winner, having the spinach gnocchi. Yum. Nice rose from the Luberon made this ver enjoyable.
